Ease stay away from this place, the employees will treat you like a desperate, homeless person. I voluntarily went to this place to donate blood, but these young ladies in the operating room were very rude to me, and one of the lady kept telling me if the blood isn’t going any faster enough. You’re gonna half of the money.

Had a wonderful experience at this donation center. I hadn’t given blood in a very long time so I was a bit nervous about getting back into it. The staff was so warm and friendly. They walked me through each of the steps before I donated and make me feel very safe and comfortable. I didn’t know that they compensated their donors, so that was a nice perk! 10/10 would recommend. Already have my next donation scheduled!

If I could give no stars I would! Staff and managers are extremely unprofessional and improperly trained. Was turned down because I didn’t have Jr on my social card, was told to bring birth certificate for proof of identity was still turned around the next day for some other excuse because Jr is not on my social. Do not waste your gas or time these people are in professional

11-24-20 today is my 3rd time coming to this place – it’s a very nice and clean place – the wait can be 30 minutes just to check in at they desk and by the time you finish donating blood would be two hours – either more personnel is needed or they have to be work faster, TWO HOURS IS A LONG PERIOD OF TIME
