This place is a lot cleaner than the other one and the staffs are a lot nicer here. The only one thing that I did not like is the male manager does not change his gloves after he does a person. You have to ask him to. But this place is definitely way better than the one on telegraph!

Great place compared to others. Online questions makes things fast,chairs to sit down while you wait for a bed.they make things easier and comfortable. Call in order by name . Professional technicians . In and out faster then others. Courtesy. Can’t ask for a better center.

Seems like this place is going down. In April they lowered the donor rate from $70 to $65. Now they lowered it again to $60. Not sure why they keep doing this. Soon they will be at the same rates as everyone other donation center. They also have a problem with the protein test at the center. I just found out that my protein at the center was 7.1 but my sample for the same day after a better test hit a low of 5.8. Now I’m deferred tell another sample is taken and retested. That is a major difference in a proper reading. They need to get a better test at the centers so this doesn’t happen. They can do it I’m sure.

It was terrible, I waited for hours because I needed a manager to override my ss number one manager left and the other one was a half and hour late. Then the girl that did my exam smelled so bad of body order and like she hasn’t brushed her teeth in a year. Then they said I can’t donate even though everything was good but I had a burn in my leg from over a week ago. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again if I could give 0 starts I would. There was a poster stated about patient cleanliness. Employees should be screened for that.

YOU BETTER EAT AND HYDRATE PROPERLY BEFORE GOING. YOU WILL HAVE A VASOVAGAL REACTION (fainting). I did not do this and when it happened they immediately took care of me and called me 24hrs later to make sure I was alright. the first time I went in January it also happened and it took awhile for them to respond but it was full and a lot of people raise their hand for blood flow when I was trying to get medical attention.

Love this place! Everyone’s so nice! If they have bad days there you’d never know because the don’t let you see it. I’ve been going on and off for a few month now and I’ve never had an issue. Always in and out pretty quickly. Recommend this one for sure.

This was my first time donating plasma I have tried in the past but have always told my veins were too small detect there also agreed but was able to find my vein and go ahead with a the process was better than I expected I was a little nervous because of the vein being small she also taught me how to pump them to get the blood to flow faster I definitely recommend this clinic for sure

The overall donation went smoothly. The process to get it started was rocky and took over a month. I understand the medical necessity, but it felt the PA was picky and kept coming up with reasons to delay it. It took the medical supervisor a month review my clearance form after they kept misplacing it.
