Workers in this center are rude and impolite. They treat you horribly. One of them is the most rude person ever, I believe she’s called Shahrazad. Very disrespectful. I’m trying to do society a s good deed but then faced with such rudeness and disrespect. I would have brought it to the attention of a manager there but the culture there is commonly disrespectful and don’t want to be bothered.

Great experience every time I donate. Today I had someone new, Tamera, and her trainer, Dallas. They were great! I could tell she was learning and a bit nervous but she was very gentle and made sure I was okay. Keep it up! Thank you again for the friendly service!

I donated here for several years, but. When I started the staff was friendly a extremely professional. My complaint is the inefficiency of their computer system. More than once I’ve gotten an email or a call asking me to donate when I have a appointment scheduled in a few days. Twice I’ve been unable to donate during a scheduled appointment because of the limit on the number of donations in a year. The final straw was when a staff member accused me of scheduling my own appointment.

I have donated to Versiti twice on my own terms when I was ready donate. However, since then, Versiti has called me every single week and tried for me to come in to donate and every single time, I have told them that I will decide WHEN I am ready and then schedule my appointment and to please stop calling me every week. However, they have CONTINUED to call me every single week, regardless of what I have been telling them, so I probably will never go and donate there again. The pressure is unappreciated.

Ever since they moved to Allisonville Road this place has been an administrative mess. My wife and I went there to donate and had 7:15AM appointments. When we got there, there was a line because they had not even began processing the 7AM appointments. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Even when they were in their old location, an appointment didn’t seem to matter. They took people off the street. No problem. Never mind that the people who had made appointments had to wait. They seem to have ZERO respect for other people’s time. What do they care? They get paid the same either way. Last time I’m dealing with these people. I’ll find somewhere else to donate or not donate at all.

This place is inefficient and the staff is rude. This is the second time I have been here after making an appointment online far in advance and I am somehow not on the schedule. If you are so in need for donors and going to call and email me to come in then maybe try and not be so rude when I do. I won’t be back.
