Can’t complain new donor first time signing up. They were very thorough lots of videos. I was really kind of nervous about it but the lady physician lady, you know, asked all my questions reassured me about everything so my first visit went pretty smooth on my second visit there was an issue with the machines so I didn’t do a full donation but I get paid full price so I’ll go back and he just told me that my iron was kind of like borderline so I’ll give myself some time to get my Numbers back up but other than that the facility was clean everybody was nice informative nothing bad to say

People at this location was rude Plus they were really rough with the needle and bruised my arm pretty bad. Location at 48 and Kedzie is so much better. If you wanted to donate go there, don’t go to Northside river.

This place is horrible, went today to donate after I left to go to atm and get some things I needed, I realized no $ on the card !! So I walked back there and they were of no help, I explained because of this im stranded out there with no $ . The manager said she thought they were telling us that the system is down before getting stuck. Well they didn’t. Luckily the bus lady let me ride back free to get home. Hours later still no $ , been on hold with comdata an hour now ! On top of this the staff at N. Riverside is not friendly at all and most have rude attitudes. I used to go to another location, never problems and they were always friendly. As was CSL . This place is the worst

the heart rate thing is very annoying. i walk there and it puts my heart rate high but they won’t let me sit for long enough to get it lower, and then they send me home and i don’t get paid even though i’m fine. plus, this place is deeply disorganized and their system is always down. You can show up and be waiting in line for like 40 minutes no explanation (i showed up at 5:15, didn’t get stuck until 7:45!!) and they can be kind of rude about it, even though the bulk of the floor staff is very nice otherwise. I wish there was a better way when you desperately need the money besides this place tbh

I want to say Veronica, Neicy, Brianna, Kaylanny, and Shaykia Are amazing at their job they are the only reason I come to this location they treat you like a friend they are the only reason facility still runs they deserve respect for the hard work that they do
