Have been here a few times but this last time was the absolute worst! Lots of new staff and uncleanly procedure ! I’m worried for my health after my last visit ! I don’t think these people doing the “collecting” have any certification or training at all ! Just people off the street ! And to top it off very rude when expressing my concerns

It’s sad when the managers at this location claim they know nothing about the bonus texts that grifols donor hubs send out. Beware, you will think you are getting a bonus and the workers the whole time your donating will go along with it making you think as if your getting a bonus and then you’ll get home and call your card and won’t be on there. I called my card no bonus, so I call. Guy on the phone knew what I was talking about , told me five it 30 minutes I gotta have a Manager override it. I call the card after a hour still nothing. I call back they transfer me to a manager who claims there’s nothing in the computer about any bonus. So I got jipped out of $100 for the bonus I was supposed to get today so I said I have a $25 bonus code and they wanted to argue with me about that. You would think the managers would know about the bonuses that there own hub offered. Very disappointed AGAIN.

I’ve been donating here since 2015 on and off. Today in 2023 it’s improved very much! The bathrooms are clean and kept up on. Which is an improvement than a year ago when I was coming consistently. They have new machines which are awesome! All the staff here, the veterans and newer ones, are all phenomenal and doing a great job! Darnell helped me get set up on the machine today and encouraged this review! Thank you for all the positive changes around here! Keep up the hard work.

I’ve been coming here (flint/dort hwy location) for a couple years now and the staff here is Amazing! Friendly, helpful, nice, professional etc…love em! A few people stand out to me when I think of the staff there; Jill, up front is always so polite and personable. Always! Emily, in back is just GREAT! gotta be my favorite. She is ALWAYS so nice, sweet hearted, upbeat, fun and constantly positive! Really makes my time there so enjoyable. Stephanie and Arian also are great and attentive as well. I hate to single anyone out tho because EVERYONE there are AWESOME!

It’s unfortunate that this location is the closest to my house. Don’t even try to come here if you have a job and need to do your new donor process on the weekend, as they’ll tell you they don’t accept new donors on the weekends due to being short staffed. Staffing has been an issue long before covid, so maybe they need to pay more so people want to work there? What a joke.
