My first time donating. Everyone was super-professional and friendly. Thoroughly explained process to me. Clean facility. Many supervisors monitoring workers while workers monitor donors, so I felt quite safe. Pay card and appointment app easy to use. Very cold in center so bring sweater. My only complaint is that I wasn’t informed about needing my SS card upon first donation. Had to run to bank and get it out of safety deposit box, but other than that, positive experience!

Returned today after my hiatus from a surgery, I was lucky enough to get Gail and we picked up where we left off! So glad she is still a constant professional leader as before. Her poke was painless and quick. Waiting room was a bit crowded and slow going g but when meeting with the nice gentleman Michael Brown to get blood pressure etc. Things ran pretty smooth. Plan to return often!

I was hopeful that things would get better when they changed it to appointment only. Unfortunately, it seems to have gotten worse. The staff that is there is friendly, but they are understaffed. Even with the appointments, the wait is crazy long. I haven’t seen the whole floor open in a while, and I know that they have closed early a few times, which most likely irritated the folks that had appointments during that time.

One of the worst experiences I have ever been apart of in any plasma donating facility or corporation. Between management and staff I don’t know who is supposed to be in charge. They never open on time, to the point where there is a line outside. They recently started doing appointments and they called and canceled my appointment, do to them being backed up. Which contradicts having appointments in the first place. I’ve seen multiple donors walking out with blood dripping on the floor. The staff and management is completely incompetent and don’t recommend to anyone! I really don’t know or understand how they are running and functioning everyday.

Horrible. I called over and over for 3 weeks trying to find out how to donate, there is never an answer or way to leave a message. Requested a call through website twice, no call. Took a half day off work and did the prep the day before, went in at 8am and all appointments booked for the day, no way to make a future appointment. Don’t know how anyone makes this work with a job. Poor customer service.

Too slow. They changed everything to appointments. Bit you still have to wait hours to get attended even if you booked your appointment earlier. What’s the point anyway?

My review could change however I’m frustrated with this location. I’ve shown up early here a few times this week just to be turned down every time because of short staffing. When I come in, they tell me to come back the next day so I do. Just to be turned down again. The girl at the front desk was nice enough but she told me to call before coming in. I told her that I had called several times and they don’t pick up the phones. Many other reviews also mention that they never pick up their phones. I’m just very frustrated with this location as I’ve been in multiple times and I never get seen. Short staffing sucks but I’m sure they knew they’d be short staffed the day before. Unfortunate. Still going to keep trying I guess

Appt only now. I like to donate when I have time after work. I don’t have a rigid schedule. Although I understand why the process changed, I doubt it will result in speedier donations. I imagine the donations will decrease as a result of this change.

I like it when they didnt have appointment i mean it does help cause u get to kiosk faster but still have to wait around and they got people they are not nurses and they dont do nothing they should have people can do stuff everything so they can fill in and help out if needed not people that dont do nothing

I will not be going back. Was watching the names list on the TV and 4 people walked in and went to the screening without seeing there names on the list and went back to donate before me I Waited 4 hours and was going to have to wait at least another hour to start I will not waste my time again
