I really like Patrick he’s a good supervisor in person very funny to great sense of humor and i really like this location so much it’s wayyyyy better than the Madison Heights location a few of the employees in manager at the Madison Heights location were liars in rude in messy as hell here i feel comfortable it’s cleaner in most of the employees & managers here are nice in professional this is my new octapharma spot

I referred a friend, not only once but twice and I’m still waiting on my referral money..which is $75 that I desperately need to feed my 3 children! I’m a single mother. The manager told me he would look into it, but I still have not heard a word! They want you to refer people but when you do, they don’t want to pay the referral money! I will never refer anyone to OctaPharma again and I suggest noone else does either, at least not if you are counting on the referral money! I honestly cannot believe they are treating me like this. I expected more from a place that strives to save lives, when they clearly dont care about my life or the lives of my 3 children! I cannot believe they are treating me like this!

This particular location is AMAZING in terms of cleanliness and donor to donor experiences and encounters. However there are a couple of phlebotomist who have their tail on their shoulders (bad attitude). At this point I have touched everyday of the week with exception to Saturday and every staff person has been a delight, with the exception to the young lady who screens with the eccentric hair colors. This employee has been seen parking in handicap with no placard (illegal and inconsiderate) and she also gives donors an indifference of attitude. There is another young lady who has natural locs and they’re shorter in length with different colors, who has clearly shown she’d rather be some where else than work…. Example – I was standing in the screening line one evening and this young lady was slowly putting on her PPE .. very slowly, and the moment who I believe was her lead or manager excused her for lunch then she quickly removed all PPE and left from the screening area abruptly.
