This center is my favorite donating center but the team lead at the front, Tondalia, is very rude and disrespectful. I’ve only had one unprofessional encounter with her but her attitude towards guests and other staff is very unbelievable. It is evident she doesn’t want to be at work. A company can only thrive if they have good leaders. I drive an extra 15 minutes to come to this center due to the facility being clean and the rest of the staff being amazing. I held off on making this review in hopes it was only temporary but after the 4th observation, I believe it needs to be addressed.

Today I walked into CSL Plasma and it was an amazing day. I know when I see Tondalia Williams, Kaylah Allen, and Corey Sechler the front desk processing would be amazing. Tondalia is very considerate and passionate about her work and she also makes sure you get a laugh in for the day. Team work!

Don’t go there. I’ve seen different instances before with other people(workers arguing with donors)but today something was wrong and my arm and it was hurting a lot. I waved over to the girl who stuck me who was across from me maybe 10 feet. She was setting up a machine that didnt have someone sitting there. she didn’t respond. So I spoke again she immediately responded with “who are you talking to like that” in which I responded someone help me this is hurting a lot. She proceeded to walk sarcastically to get more gloves at the other side of the room and damn near yanked the needle out my vein. DO NOT GO TO CSL STONE MOUNTAIN. THE BLACK KWEENS IN PARTICULAR HAVE ATTITUDES TOWARDS SOME VOLUNTEERS. NO PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

The Stone Mountain staff from CSL Plasma has been coming to my center in Gainesville, Georgia to assist. Every single staff member from Stone Mountain rocks! There have been 7-10 different staff members assisting in the last few weeks. Every single one is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and does such a wonderful job. They all have commented how much they love their job and what wonderful leaders and supervisors they work with and for. It clearly shows!! Good job Stone Mountain. Thank you for helping our center out. Great staff at both places!

Man look — —-listen Shanice Love is awesome………. was very detailed in anything I asked , &what she wasn’t sure if she tried to put me thru to someone that could help (me being the handful I am I wouldn’t let her ) I just got her to answer all my other questions in which to me was more important …..and boom ya girl fell thru saving me time and herself !!!!!! going forward we out here saving lives Pun intended and this review is before my visit today it was just a phone call away, I have visited this location numerous of times and she’s not even from here but I am & made ME feel welcomed lol gotta LOVE Shanice hope I’m spelling it right any hoot girl I’m going to bring you some LURNCH !!!!See ya soon & once again thanks a BUNCHES
