This place is excellent. The check in process is smooth and professional. I usually wait 2 or 3 minutes. Only a couple times in 6 years, I waited 20 minutes. Great batting average! The staff is friendly and helpful. Then I get on a bed/recliner. Almost always hooked up with a couple of minutes. Relax for 50 minutes and go home. Total elapsed time just over an hour. Phlebotomists are very friendly.

Donated 4 years ago, had some issues after donating due to a rib injury that would resolve in 7-12 days. Told the center, now 4 years later I go in to donate. First I waited 2 hours to be seen by a nurse, who told me to grab the discharge paperwork off of my chart. So I spend about 20 minutes finding it, then tell me to print it off and drop it off to the location for a doctor to see it. I live almost 40 minutes away from this location to begin with, so they have printers I asked if they could print it off for me so I do not have to drive 40 minutes each way. They tell me no, go to a library. Terrible experience. I had the proof they needed in my hand, they told me go elsewhere to print it off, no difference. Waiting 2 hours, driving over an hour. Can’t believe it.

I went here once. When you first go in, after I got checked in and signed as a new donor, the lady that had to do my sugar check was really rude, detached, and almost seemed as if in a hurry. Next, I had gotten a call about some results, and had to come in person due to the phone line not working. I was given broad information about why I couldn’t quite donate without another blood sample, and was not told what was specifically impeding my results. I have been unable to donate for over a month due to not being told the proper ways to fix things, and having to wait the full 10 days to even get results back. I also lost my new member bonus because of the constant hold up and back up.

I’ve donated 100s of times, used to be a great experience.. until one time I was laying in the donation bed talking about my day and how I had a toothache.. she proceeded to tell the nurse and I got a “failure to mention” because I answered yes for feeling healthy and well today.. I felt 100% great I just had a little toothache?.. then I got a new tattoo and waited around 5 months to go back and was completely honest about my tattoo. I was asked to show proof of my tattoo and since I wasn’t able to I’m never allowed to donate again? I know many people who get tattoos and don’t even tell them and continue to donate, I try to be honest and it bit me I guess. Same nurse both times, bad experience.

Great people! This location used to offer free Wi-Fi. For some reason it was discontinued. Other than that, it’s a pretty smooth experience.

Absolute scam. No one is trained. More medical issues than the $2 they MIGHT give you is worth

There’s an older lady who works at this location that has had multiple complaints against her, other workers have to go back and fix her mistakes, and she made my husband come home with a swollen, completely bruised arm (twice now). She uses a method she clearly shouldn’t be using (going in then up) and the fact that she isn’t being trained to do things differently (and to be nicer to people) is irresponsible and makes the whole place untrustworthy.
