Clearly it must suck to work here. The staff that does the finger stick just mumble and mutter off the required verbiage they have to repeat over and over for each donor… This warming customer service and cheerfulness is what you get after standing in line for at least an hour where you drag yourself around the corner along the wall after completing your check in questions… Then you get to your donation lounge chair and those folks are so nice, smiling and pleasant.

I called to see if my zip code was on the list and got a answering machine. Ronda finally calls back almost 24 hours later. After reading all the reviews I would stay away from this place. Be better to go to another one. Also judging by the response from the owner he or she can care less.

I feel like the white lady at the front the older one with the blonde hair is always rude or has an attitude. Idk if it’s a racial thing but she doesn’t greet me or ask if I need help just mugged me and told me go sit down but greeted the white man behind me with a huge smile “hello!”

I’ve been donating plasma here for about a year now and overall my experience has been fairly positive. Most of the workers are professional and nice to talk to. Lines can be long, however, I’ve learned to come during hours of the day where it isn’t as busy and I am able to be seen immediately. Whenever there is a slip up on their end (which in my case has been very few and far between) they have always done their best to make things right. They can be difficult to reach over the phone at times but management is incredibly helpful in person! I would absolutely recommend this location.

I had went to donate and get my physical done on the 30th. The physical took 4-5 hours becauseof technical issues as well as workers ignoringthe first 15-20 mins of me standing at the counter as the sign states to do while waiting for a physical(never had this issue before) didn’t get to donate until 6:30 almost 7pm which they close at 7pm. Then I went home and scheduled a new appointment for the following Tuesday and I drive all the way out there and they say I was deferred for a covid question they said was put in that the worker answered incorrectly. So now I’m deferred because of a worker not a legit reason. So i call up to see what i can do and was told i had to wait A WEEK for the doctor to call me. That was about 3 weeks ago… The workers were very unprofessional. I will most definitely NEVER donate here again. A complete waste of time I was there from 4:30p-8pm for a mere $70 (because biolife sent me a email for a promotion pay that the guy said did not work)

I have had no problems at Biolife. There is a little bit of a wait, but only sometimes. The staff, the nurses, the associates gathering the plasma are all professional and friendly. I gave 4 stars only because I would like to see more promotions.

We fixed your flag at the ambassador drive location. You’re welcome. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ***response to question by owner *** You’re welcome! The flag was completely shredded as you can see in the photo, and it was flying well below half staff and it was Veterans Day.. If you reference the US flag code, you will find these points as well as others in regards to the display of our nations colors. One of my combat veteran friends helped me changed it, and the local VFW is handling the proper disposal.
