Shortage of staff almost EVERY time I come here. Nonchalant management and NO ONE has any sense of urgency. Because it has consistently been this way for the last 3 months pretty much consistently this leads me to believe they just don’t care. Tney sit in their office and can see the lines and still do nothing. The only thing I can get from this is that they just don’t care after all its not them or their familt in these RIDICULOUS lines. This will be the last visit here.

Quite frustrated. I went here a few days ago for the first time. The staff was nice overall, but as others complained the young lady that did my arm had trouble finding a vein, messed up and had to call someone else over to fix it. The clientele here were also openly talking about doing drugs and dealing drugs while hooked up to the plasma machine. I am in recovery so it made me extremely uneasy. Staff walked by and witnessed this behavior and said nothing. The place seemed short staffed as it took me over 3 hours. I used to go to CSL and it was much nicer overall.

This location gets alot more traffic so definitely plan for a little longer visit than normal. Nakia was amazing on the first try, she was very friendly and attentive.

Takes to long to get through the line sometimes. With only one person reviewing people it can be an hour just to get to the review area. Then its another waiting game to get called to the back. From 5 to close there should always be 2 people reviewing people to get the line down. You have to stand the whole time and you lucky to find a seat in the waiting area if they get backed up. Not a great experience. Other places you can sign in and have a seat and relax until you are called to check vitals. This allows you to calm down and allow your pulse and blood pressure to get to a stable point. You shouldn’t have to stand so much. I wish they had more help. The people that are there are helpful but they could use a few more team members. This would allow for a better visit.

I would like to thank Glenda especially for making my visits there very comfortable and pleasant. I didn’t feel any pain at all. She’s a supervisor there and I believe that she deserves a raise and another promotion. She’s got skills! She knows exactly how to stick whether your vain is small or big. She is always polite and helpful. She can get 10 stars from me. Oh, I also I want to thank Daylenis there. She is polite, checks on u , and is knowledgeable. I haven’t had a problem the 3 times she stuck me.

I can’t even begin to tell you what a disgraceful set of individuals running this pathetic center are. There are 12 people in line waiting to be checked in and for 8 straight minutes, although there are several employees walking around behind the counter not a single one has done anything to move the line. And the fat axx black guy who is SUPPOSED to be center manager watches the line and walks back into his office… the professionalism is at a zero!!

They have definitely improved overall with the time it takes to get screened before you get into the donation chair. That was my only problem with this location, before you didn’t know if you were gonna have to wait 10 minutes or 5 hours. But now they have definitely stepped their game up.

Place seem sketchy from the beginning should have knew better . Went this morning the girl who told me she was really tired did the regular routine found my vein and I guessed messed up so after 10 mins of moving the needle around in my arm which I used the same arm for the last 5 years no problem. She asked if I wanted to use my right, so I said yes which I should’ve just asked for someone else. She said she found the van again poked me and then messed up again. Asking two different people for help. and the fact that I seen almost 2 other people that had to use both their arms validated what I thought that she messed up .When asked in charge the second guy who came to try to fix said it was him “Dupree” ask for the young lady name because I know she messed up I wanted to file a complaint because she admittedly told me she was tired. He said he couldn’t do that which I don’t know if he just didn’t want to. And then gave me the wrong number when I ask for corporate number. 0/10 I ADVISE TO GO TO BIOMAT OR BPL BEFORE HERE.

I’m a professional in the medical field. I go there twice a week. The manager is very rude and nasty to his employees. He should remember that he is surpose to be there to help them. I witness him being very disrespectful to an employee. He practically had the employee in tears. If it was me he talked to like that I would have punched him out. Very arrogant very rude and disrespectful!!!
