People here were insightful and the wait was quick. They made check in process courteous and were friendly. While giving platelets they let you pick out a movie from a nice selection including a recent selection!

This place was great. I was greeted courteously walking in by a woman (I did not get her name). Ron and Christina helped me throughout the donation process.

Took BLS CPR course there. Reasonably priced. The receptionist confused the room and they do not post it with online registration. If you are too late they fail you so show up early to make sure you get to right place on time. Parking is easy with a fair amount of spots. They have elevator access to second floor. Facikity is clean and well maintained Break room is nice with multiple vending machines and tables . Bathrooms were clean and well maintained also. Instructor was motivated and engaging. Overall would recommend as a great place to get certified at.

I have been donating platelets for a year so I am here every two weeks or so. Things to know: (1) walk-ins are not always accepted. The last few weeks walk-ins on the weekend have been turned away. Best to make an appointment either online or by phone. (2) They do not answer the phone on the weekend. If you want to make or change an appointment by phone, you need to do it during the week. (3) They have a great administrator, Peter Vu, who can assist you with scheduling, but he is only available by phone or email during the week. (4) If you make a same day appointment on the website during the weekend, you cannot rely on it being a real appointment. No one checks those except during the week. (5) This location is mostly about donations using apheresis machines (double red or platelets), but they also do have a few spots for whole blood donors. If you are looking to donate whole blood on the spur of the moment, check the website since there are probably a lot of other blood drives going on other places that are set up only for whole blood.

There’s a number of regular donors and I give a lot of credit to Peter there. I’ve been there at least a dozen times and he has been there working hard every time except once… Because he was donating himself.

Donate whole blood, platelets, or apheresis. Careful screening by interview and post-donation blood tests. Friendly staff of medical professionals and volunteers. Recommend a reservation by phone or via their app, as walk-ins are gladly accepted but have to be scheduled around the reservations. Waiting room times might be zero, but 15 mins – 1 hour are more typical.

All you can eat and drink snacks, self service. Distance limits thier capacity for donors so book early and often (just like voting in Chicago ).
