Today was my first day going. Yes there is one person doing intake. I spent 3 hrs there from doing new donors info medical questions all that to donating. But the staff was very nice I would bring a jacket bcs it does get cold in there and hydration is the biggest key. The intake nurse was the sweetest person.

Intake- Slow as molasses. Had to come back 3 times just to get into their system. Short staffed but the employees that are there are cold and callous to donors but extremely friendly with each other to the point that they like to have long conversation about who got the best wings in town

I’m currently waiting at this center along with 17 other people. There’s one person doing intake at this center. Yesterday was my first day here and I had to wait 2 1/2 hours so I had to leave because I couldn’t wait all day. There are multiple workers in the back but no one doing intake. There are 18 people waiting including me with one person doing intake but people are still walking in. This is unacceptable.

This place is not the same…I’ve been waiting a month for the doctor to come and sign offto clear me to donate and they tell me the same thing every week…I have referral money that I can’t even touch until I donate…make it make since please…ima donate that last time whenever the doctors comes and I’m done…almost three years I’ve been going here to still be treated like im nothing

This is a clean facility. Some of the staff are super nice. Other are just there for the paycheck. But really the only complaint I have is how long it takes!! They are so slow!!! If they stopped talking you could be in and out. I have been in the back and waited over an hour to get hooked up to the machine!! It take about 6 or 7 minutes to hook someone up! They need a better system in the back!

I usually come give blood at Grifols Plasma on occasions. However, the staff that does the checking of your proteins before you give blood, play too much for me! A lot of these women are young and they either laugh all the time with other employees while dealing with customers, don’t have a clue about what they are doing, rude, or discuss that they’re ready to go. To me, customer service isn’t like it used to be. The staff is here to just get a check and go home. If the staff stop laughing and giggling so much, people would be able to get out much quicker! This is why this place is EXTREMELY slow and it’s beyond irritating. I think corporate deserves a call regarding this issue because it’s getting ridiculous!
