I had the best experience with the staff at this location. Specifically Mary who walked me around and explained everything very thorough to me and had a very kind and welcoming attitude to the clients. All the staff were amazing. I also had the pleasure of meeting Andrea who was very professional and her position and can tell they have a kind heart for what they’re doing. These are the things that make people return as donors and I’m very pleased with my visit!

Came yesterday for my appointment, and the lady at the front desk said i could not donate because it had been 3.5 hours since I had a meal. She also told the person with me that she could not wait here for me, that they had no where for her to sit. Which was odd because not one seat in the front was occupied by anyone. She rescheduled me for the next day at 11. I showed up today, and while waiting, a man came in to donate, and it had been 6 hours since he ate. But she didn’t turn him away she gave him crackers. Not only did she let him donate, but she also let someone else donate who hadn’t eaten in 4 hours. It would be nice to come here and know that people will be treated equally. She really should not be up at the front desk. Just because someone is covered in tattoos doesn’t mean they should be treated differently. I believe the employee name is Beth.

Look, I understand that you know to anticipate a 2-3 hour wait. But I’ve never been here where it hasn’t been in excess of 4 hours to get in and out, even with an appointment. If it’s going to take that long, be upfront with people.

This place has been very very rude to me the two times I tried to donate plasma. They run people out of there because they don’t want to work. I had usable veins and she checked for 5 seconds on each arm and just rudely said “it’s a pass”. They don’t want to work and be prepared to stand in line for over an hour. Do yourselves a favor and skip these people and go to CSL. They are 100% more professional and it’s alot faster too.

The people are nice but it took WAY too long. It took 3 hours to get processed. Initially waited an hour to even get called to the desk. The intake lady wanted to talk to me about my house that they apparently have to look up on Zillow, my military service & how she knows someone with the same name & wondered if I was related, where I went to school, etc. The physical lady wanted to talk to me about all my tattoos, what they meant, etc. she was telling me about how she’s going to get some soon & just socializing—which would be fine if I hadn’t already waited forever to even get to the physical piece. Then she got up & left for like 20 mins. Then since I had been there so long, it had been 3 hours since I last ate so then I was given a small bag of goldfish & told I had to wait 10 mins after I finished that to donate. It was a 4.5 hour process total… several return donors came in an hour after I started my screening process, stood in line, donated & left before I even got to donate. I swear someone’s shift even ended. I took a half day (4 hours) from work since I was told it would take 2-3 hours total. I ended up having to take the whole day because with my 30 min one way drive time, it was a total of 6 hours…

I visited this location for the very first time and I must say from the time I walked in the door until I left I received exceptional service. Each and every staff member went above & beyond to assist me and make sure I was comfortable and whatever I needed they accommodated me. I haven’t seen this level of exceptional service in a very, very long time and it was very refreshing. Kudos to the entire BioLife staff you all are amazing!

Raekwon needs to work on his people skills. Sarcastically telling someone to have a great day when they get deferred is rude. Almost everyone else here is great. My partner was in line behind me for vitals check and also said he was rude.

Zero stars they are rude and don’t seem to have a care for anyone. If your what they call a returning donor even if it’s been over 8 years they still only will give you the return donor amount they won’t give the the new donor incentive since in there mind it doesn’t matter that you haven’t given in a long time you still are considered a returning donor and you’re only going to get the returning donor fear that those that have been giving for weeks on end have gotten but they’re not going to give you a new donor incentive. Other plasma center are politer and give more

This place is horrible.I drove an Hour to come here so I can donate because I really needed the money. They took me through the entire process asking me all the questions which took forever like, two hours, and when they were asking me questions about my mental health I told them that I have had panic attacks in the past, but haven’t had one in years and for that reason they did not let me donate and I can’t donate until I get a note from my doctor saying that I am not so mentally unwell that I’m not gonna have a panic attack during the process. I explain to them that I needed the money that I drove over an hour and I haven’t had a panic attack in over a year and that I don’t have a doctor and that it would cost me money to go to the doctor to be able to get the note. They didn’t care they didn’t do anything for me and I walked out crying and very angry and upset. I don’t think that poor people mentally ill people should be unable to donate. I donate at other centers, and I have no problems with panic attacks and they gave me a fair chance. This place doesn’t or won’t for you either
