Very clean and sanitary some of the staff is kind and helpful but others can be very rude and out of line with comments to donors about coming in around their closing time, I understand they wanna get home like everybody else but it’s in their job description and they shouldnt make donors feel unwelcome just cause we live busy lives and cant make it in to donate at a convenient time for staff

My husband took are 3yr old in here with him to pee while I was donating or selling plasma he was told rudely by a female black worker. To remove our daughter from the premises. So what if she had to pee while waiting on me or him is supposed to hold it or pee by the dumpster

They don’t take their time when sticking you. Always bruises. When you ask for a different person that you know won’t stick you, they get mad and refer you from coming back. It’s a horrible experience for new donors, like myself. I will never go back.
