Excuses from management, they list in their center for September to pay $100 per donation for new donors…. been over a year and should have been eligible for this however due to CORPARATE GREED your company false advertised and only paid $75, once I called management all I got was “nothing will change” extremely unprofessional. Also notable mention, this was my 2nd visit today, got called into one booth for them to say they have to retake my photo and it would take a second. By the time I was back to my original booth the lady decided I wasn’t worth finishing and just walked away to the floor. Impatient as I had a scheduled appointment the next available booth then decides to hold me up further. Once finally able to donate, inadequate number of staff on the donor floor was very negligent and had sat an additional 15 minutes with a needle in my arm. Many of the staff on the donor floor also had soiled coats with others blood on it and that in itself is a health hazard and risk. This place needs to be investigated on multiple ends from business practices and medical investigations.

Hey maybe im just not picky, but every time I’ve come in here (which has been quite a bit) I’ve been out within 1.5 hours and everyone who works here has been super cool to me. As far as people who are complaining about wait times, yeah, some time windows of the day take a little bit longer. It’s just due to volume, but if that’s how your personal schedule is, well…tough luck. It’s not the facilities responsibility to change their operations for our personal schedule. Besides, unless I’m mistaken I believe they actually have provided more appointment slots on certain days. Hey, it’s a convenient and responsible way to earn extra money while helping people out. Win-Win.

What a nightmare. This place used to be great. I took a few months off from donating because in March they started making a lot of STUPID, DRASTIC and COUNTERPRODUCTIVE changes that no one was prepared for. Especially staff. The entire place was so chaotic that I wanted to give them time to get it right. Well, I have returned and it is worse than when I left.

WHY would the company decide to remove the seating area and replace it with a “roped off” area??? Seriously, that was a definite Plus, being able to sit and relax while waiting. Now everyone has to stand in a line. I overheard a staff member say they put us through like cattle so now they’re treating us like a herd of cattle. It doesn’t show respect for the donors and I’m not quite sure how it could make the admission process more efficient. This attack is meant for the corporate body because I think personnel at this place are great. I just don’t agree with a lot of the administrative bs. Just curious, did you sell the chairs at an auction for $$?

Why does someone who weighs more and donates up to 200ml more get paid the same as someone who donates less? If I’m donating more and spending more time doing it I should get paid more. And with that note this place keeps lowering their payouts. I started a year ago making 160 a week now down to 120. I’m sure the next time if I come it’ll be lower. Donations take anywhere from 2-4 hours so beware.

New process is terrible. Not worth donating anymore. Takes way to long. Stood in line for an hour before they could even do my vitals. Terrible
