Really like the way they do this kind of business. Start with scanning the QR-Code and get the quiz done before you start the donation process. It is a huge time saver. Drink a lot, eat fatty and then you got to go.

Staff was adequate for the most part. However if you share your thoughts with constructive criticism upper management will simply remove you from the call list. That’s not saving lives. I was a 16 gallon donor as well as double platelets as well as double red blood cells.

Very happy and people are very caring have donate 11 gallon and things do happen remember people do make mistakes but don’t mean to. Have been doing platelets lately takes a long time but watching them how they treat everyone makes me keep coming back.

Zero stars not recommended the staff is very racist. On top of that, they have a lady who’s very sick in the head handing out unnecessary parking tickets as if inflation isn’t happening as well as Covid 19!! And the ladies on the bus are very rude and filthy
