Normally, this is my CSL Donation center choice and I haven’t encountered many problems when I come to donate. However, last week, myself and about 10-15 others were here on a Sunday morning bright and early only to find out that the Medical staff weren’t there yet, forcing us to wait outside where I, personally waited for over 30 minutes before I had to leave as I had other commitments.

The “manager” Named Jeffrey poked me aggressively to where the needle was in way to far. It was not angled right. He had an attitude. Asked him to pull it out a bit. He did it, than he ran away to the bathroom. I was in pain and discomfort the whole time even though I had got it adjusted 4 times by 2 other people. I told the last lady who helped me about Jeffrey and the incident and she told me that it’s hard to defer due to him being one of the best and him being the manager. Even though there was plenty of other people, I saw him help who had to keep getting adjusted as well. His employees were talking to him, but he still had an attitude and clearly didn’t want to be there which is unfair because he is hurting people. I felt offended and regretted donating.

I went to donate there today and your systems were down AGAIN! Last week I had to wait for hours before I got paid. Today, I was broke, made it inside just to be turned away because of technical issues. The worst is that I was only 9 bonus points away from cashing out 10.00 in rewards. I barely made it there because I have as very low on gas. When I found out you were closed I was very nervous about running out of gas. I called the 1 800 number and ask them if there is anything that I could do to earn the nine points so I can get the 10 Dollars or if they can help me the 9 points so I could make it home. They said no! It was only 9 points! I ran out of gas, and had to walk home. When I went back to get my car it was towed. I have no money to take it out. I know it is not your fault that I was broke

I’ve been donating here since 2014. Seen a lot of employees come and go. The staff currently sticking people is pretty dope. I have to give props to Devante. This man needs a raise. I always hope I get him because then the process is as quick and painless as possible. If you value your team you’d take care of your aces. I’d be handing out some well deserved raises. I don’t remember her name but the blonde girl whose been working there forever needs a raise too. Please do more to keep your employees. It sucks having new people stick you. Just pay your employees and treat them well and they won’t leave at the first opportunity they get. All the employees should be making $20. They literally have hundreds of lives in their hands each day. And they have to deal with crackheadery come on man.

I have been donating for 15 years. I have gone to every donation center Albuquerque has had and have never had any issues always just put my headphones in and donated. This location is the most unprofessional location I have even been to they the screeners will ask you questions and if you do not give them the answer they want they will argue with you and let you donate but the next time you come in your deferred. Now this caught me off guard there was not any back and fourth no argument nothing and I was deferred. Then I had to wait for management in order to get it off that was another hour and a half wait till the medical just cleared it herself because management just couldn’t be bothered by it. Now I have come back a month later because we all have lives I can’t be here every day but I must see medical again because I was away for to long. After everyone that I was in line with have already been stuck and are already donating I get to get back in line and wait. DON’T COME HERE THEY ARE RUDE THEY WILL WATCH YOU AS YOU WAIT IN LINE AS THEY TALK AND THEN THEY WILL DEFERE YOU FOR VOICING YOUR OPINION ABOUT THEM BEING AT WORK AND SHOULD PROBABLY BE WORKING

Not sure what’s going on at this location. Had not encountered issues regarding staffing up until last week and now this week. Last Sunday, closed…..Friday afternoon, closed….now this Sunday, closed. Apparently no doctor on staff. Not sure why the info can’t be given on the app that way time, fuel are not wasted driving to the center to find out it’s closed because personnel are not showing up to work. We should be paid for showing up regardless.

It’s 95° and they don’t even have water or juice boxes out for donors. It’s 1:30 on a Friday afternoon and the line to go to the donor floor is almost 20 deep and not moving. For $50, I think I’ll pass … .
