The employees lack courtesy and kindness, they are too serious and even reflect rudeness. It must be due to the desire to get the job done quickly, but they cannot do it, since even if you go by appointment, the waiting time often exceeds expectations. There is a lack of staff to be able to do it. attend to the number of users who attend the donations in addition to a group of hosts willing to attend to the users that one sees that arrive at the donation center and hardly achieve optimal attention, they have a lot to improve without talking about the weekly payments they went from 140 dollars to 130 the service they provide is deficient in general terms

I have mixed feelings about this place, I’ve had good days and I’ve had bad days here. I truly feel that most of the stickers here and not properly trained. There are more stickers who do a terrible job than there are who do a great job. I’ve donated at other centers and have never had an issue. I only come here now because it’s closer to me and I honestly feel safer here and the customer service is great. Minority of them will miss your vein and then try to blame you. Ive even been stuck at hospitals and they never ever had a problem sticking me. But when I come here it’s always a hit or miss. Most of them know they mess up so there’s been times where they will just give up and pay you the full amount. This happened at least 3 times. There was even a time I donated and when they wrapped me, I walked outside and had blood running down my arm dripping on the floor. It’s very scary coming in here because the stickers are never consistent and they mess up simple things like wrapping your arm which is the easiest part of the process. It’s not the entire staff, but most of the stickers are very unprofessional and comes across as if they just starting doing this. Most people aren’t big fans of needles, so you pray and hope that they make the process as simple and less painful as possible. But I feel most people should know especially new donors. If you come here often you absolutely will have days where they hurt you, or miss your vein, or even something as simple as nit. Wrapping your arm correctly. Although I still donate from time to time for side money whenever I walk in here I am always preparing for the worse and hoping for the best . It’s an ok center but don’t expect a smooth visit every time .

Please heed the reviews. Was there for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me. There was a guy who was there before me and he said they told him to wait for someone to come sign him in but he was waiting even longer than me. I try to be more understanding for healthcare workers because of the nature of the job but this place is totally unorganized. Only go if you have no plans for the day. Cancelled my appointment and left, won’t be back.

Extremely unprofessional. Made an appointment for 8/31 at 8:10am only to check the app and see that the appointment was canceled. Called to see why and was told that i ws permanently deferred for so-called “behavior issues” over the past 8 mons when i haven’t donated there since Jan of 2023. How does that make any sense and I just donated Tuesday 8/29 as a return donor? Stay away from this dump and all the PMSing employees working here if you value your time.

Waited in the lobby for a whole hour for an interview for an open position…no one came out and said anything. Very unprofessional..they were alerted at least 3 times that there was an interview the front…(all white ladies)…go figure….however the girl with the dreads at the front counter was very nice and was pretty much running everything and training while they walked in circles….kuddos to her!

I’ve completed 2 donations at this center. Dee is amazing. She kind and gentle and I felt comfortable. She will always be preference! I use to donate blood all the time so the needles don’t scare me. Cassandra was the first person to do my intake and she is kind and patient as well. I can’t recall the nurses name who does the physicals but she is taller and has locs she is nice even when I don’t read the questions properly lol.

Appointments are hard to get in the first place, and then I was turned away once I was 11 minutes late. There were two accidents that required EMS along the way. They told us to reschedule a whole week+ out! Instead we found Talecris Plasma Center and these guys were very quick, professional, and even took us promptly as a walk-in! If you’re doing your research better in the first place (like I wish I would’ve done), you’ll see the Talecris difference with a 4.3 star average against BioLife’s 2.9. Don’t bother with these people and instead have a better experience while you donate your plasma for patients!

Great experience! Very easy to donate and you could tell everyone there was working hard. There were a lot of patients but you could tell they were moving things along.

Waited at front desk for over 10 minutes while I listened to 2 phlebotomist laugh and joke about sticking the wrong arm on another patient. When one of them finally approached the desk she was very abrasive and rude in her tone. I did not donate and after that experience will not return to either.

My first time donating plasma was a good experience I went in knowing that my first donation would take at least 2 hours before they would allow me to donate I knew they would have to take a physical and answer questions since I had donated blood in another state previously I knew what I was getting myself into and the whole routine was… Pretty much the same as giving blood. The nurses were friendly and kind they walked me through the entire process they checked on me frequently and I have gone back since multiple times and I get the same great service. The nurses are kind friendly and informational. It is very busy but I don’t mind I plan my day around it knowing that I could spend at least an hour and a half waiting. I have made eight donations at this point my last one was rather funny, although everything went well my arm started to drip blood and one nurse asked if I was okay when she saw my arm covered in blood I said I was fine and laughed it off, another nurse came and took me to a waiting area gave me a drink and a snack and told me to sit for 30 minutes after 30 minutes she asked how I was feeling I said great and she said okay you can go. I really enjoy donating at bioplasma and recommend it if you wish to do some good and help others in the community. I wholeheartedly intend it to go back and continue donating with bioplasma.
