I haven’t donated in a few years and I think I might make it a regular thing now. The staff here was amazing and made me feel comfortable the whole way. The parking was a bit confusing since it is doubled up with a donation center but overall great experience.

The nurses that work for the American Red Cross make me feel comfortable and are compassionate people. I donate blood 2-3 times a year because small acts of kindness goes a long way and being able to help save lives is very fulfilling. The process takes about an hour to complete to check in, take vitals, answer questions, donate blood then sit and recover. They offer lots of snacks, juices, water to eat and take home. Clean facility. They make the experience comfortable.

Horrible customer service. They don’t want to take donations and have people come just to turn away because they don’t want to work. I highly recommend you go to a different location or just don’t donate.

Very polite and clean run facility. I donate platelets, blood and plasma so I am here every other week for about 3hrs. I am treated graciously as well as thanked for my donations. Makes my donations feel warmly appreciated and thus I return year after year. Keep up the great job Phil!

In my experience (and my family’s experience) the phlebotomists here are patient, kind, polite, and skilled. I tend to feel lightheaded and nauseous after donating, and every time I donate they let me stay as long as I need to recuperate. One star subtracted because there is often a wait time to be seen here, even when you have an appointment and RapidPass.

I donated whole blood on a Friday morning in January ’22. Staff was kind and helpful. I felt good about the safety of donating blood here. In and out in under an hour and parking is ample.

I am a youth volunteer and I am a part of the youth executive board at this chapter. If there is anything I can say is that everyone here works hard and I feel very welcomed every time I walk in. I get along with the adults and the youth in which I have no problem with. I am thankful for being part of this organization.

What is the point of the Red Cross? To help right? Well we didn’t receive any help from them when our place burned down. We were supposed to call within 7 days which we didnt know we’ve never been through a situation like this. If weekends weren’t counted we were within the 7 days. But anyways the guy that answered didnt care to offer some help after I told him we lost everything and was pregnant. He said to take whatever clothes was left and take it to the cleaners wth. After I have donated many times my items and my blood this is the help we get!!! Thank you very much RED CROSS!!!

Extremely slow! Seems very unorganized. Was the first person in after the doors opened and it’s been 35 minutes and only one person has been helped. They are not ready to be seeing people. One person with an appointment for platelets- they couldn’t find her file. What an incredible waste of our time. I might look for another location!
