Octapharma is super clean. I haven’t been there in over three years but they’ve revamped the whole building inside and it is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful no questions too stupid and they make you feel like your truly cared about.

Unfortunately this place was good till they started slowing down the process after going to the booth , I came in today at 08/19/23 at 9:20am there are currently 4 employees on the donor floor When I came in there was 10 people waiting at the lobby by the time I got done at the booth there was 17 people waiting in the lobby to be sat down. What happen ? This place use to be so fast now it’s getting slower and slower I’m a regular donor I shouldnt be here for 2 hours in a half like I’m a new donor . I donate less than 30 minutes on the machines . Why am I waiting for so long ? They’re not even calling people to sit down they’re more worried about the new donors to get them in and out than the regulars it’s getting ridiculous. No reason in the world for y’all to be moving so slow with regular donors it should be in and out process. It’s was 10:10am I was in the lobby waiting to get called to be stick along with 18 other people People have to go to work , people have things to do! THATS why I came early because y’all aren’t busy and y’all weren’t I mean there’s 3 rows of empty donation seats what in the hell?? All the employees are huddle around eachother talking not calling people .

Takes too long to be seated after screening! It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to be stuck while employees are laughing and talking! And it’s not fair that they are always under staffed just to save money! There should never be 20-30 empty bed because of not enough workers! I’m military and there is no real leadership there when these things are the normal there! Way too many chefs and not enough Indians!

It may say it’s not busy right now but every step is extremely slow because they are severely understaffed. I’ve been here for well over an hour and they still haven’t gotten me set up.

Everyone is so nice and helpful it’s really clean the bathrooms are well kept the staff is so friendly whoever came first goes first. They do everything in an orderly fashion if people can have patience One girl I was sitting next to was asking when was she going to get jabbed and the man politely said these two guys are ahead of you and then you’ll go next. You’re right after them. He was very respectful.

Literally Impossible to reach by phone! And Customer Service Center you have to go through is absolutely the worst. I was asked at the end of one of my calls, “Did I answer all your questions?” And I said “no actually you have not…(live Rep):”ok! well thank you for calling Octa… goodbye!”

Consistently having to wait in the bed on the donor floor for the amount of time it takes to make an actual donation. I have scoliosis and having to spend and hour and a half to two hours in that position makes it extremely uncomfortable.

Today was a little frustrating, come prepared to wait. But to be ignored, walked by and look you in your face and not say a work. I was there over 3 hrs. I understand being short handed, tired and perhaps over worked. Some things can be avoided. If nothing else acknowledge your clients. I waited patiently 2 hrs before I was connected. Watching several people after me getting connected. Plus the trainee set up my machine incorrectly. I feel I should have been moved to one of the seats near me, but instead I had to wait on her trainer & than wait til the machine go thru it’s cycle. No one said a word to me. The only good thing is my cycle didn’t run too long, but no one came to disconnect me. Finally one young man said he would comeback, and he did after he disconnected the guy that finished after me. I know things happen, but I feel my situation should have been handled differently. Every one’s time is important…. Thank you.
