The staff are always so welcoming, knowledgeable and skilled at venipuncture. The first time I donated, I had a minor adverse reaction and they were quick to respond, making sure I felt better and more comfortable. They usually give away free items like shirts and tote bags for those who donate, and the snacks and beverages are always of great variety and plentiful.

I am at the gallon level for donations to this site. I am O neg. O neg is the universal donor. O neg people can only take O neg blood. The life I help, could be my own. Staff is great, I take the MGH shuttle to the hospital. Great snacks.
