I’M VERY HAPPY WITH ALL OF THE GREAT & FRIENDLY STAFF, WITH 1 EXCEPTION!!! A YOUNG LADY, BY THE NAME OF KEYASIA!! ON OUR 1ST ENCOUNTER SHE WAS VERY RUDE & MADE A RACIST REMARK TO ME ABOUT BEING “MARRIED TO A BROTHER”!! THEN THE NEXT TIME, I WOULDN’T ALLOW HER TO WORK WITH ME, SO SHE GOT DISRESPECTFUL & LOUD WHERE OTHER EMPLOYEES HAD TO TELL HER TO STOP!! I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH ANYONE ELSE, THEY ARE WONDERFUL, BUT SHE IS VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I’m not certain but I think her name is Jessica (she does the vitals) has long braids she is so nice and helpful I get anxious and she helps me feel at ease. Jamie is also very nice and she does a good job. The ladies on the floor have also been very nice they do their jobs well.

The staff are so professional, yet are also warm and personable. They take excellent care of their donors, and even somehow make it fun. When you are there, you can see how well everyone works together, how smoothly everything is managed and that team members truly love their jobs. They are a great group of people and I really can’t recommend them enough!

Biggest joke there isThey’re rude to the people on the phoneThey make excuses so they don’t have to do their jobTry it again for the fifth time I had my cat withk my first initial thing there accused me of having a bruise which it was a vein doctor prove that to be trueThey don’t even offer you gas money back so you waste your gas going all the way there for them just to turn you awaythe blood pressures cuff did not work so went to other still not work by third time was turned away that unfair that their cuff not worked and was sent awayTry it again for the fifth timehad my baby kitten with me today cause she had a vet appointment So I asked lady at desk if can go outside to bring my cat some water she said yes when I returned they defrud me stating I could not leave from inside the building the manager responded to last review said would contact me and no one has place is lazy and makes excuse to have u come back on other days big joke there no compassion for a baby kitten in car

Dawn was awesome and made me feel very welcome to the center, but the nurse, Julia made me feel just the exact opposite! She was very offensive with a comment she kept making, before finally saying she had animal allergies!! Lasonda, the phlebotomist turned my visit back to good though. She was great on needle insertion and informative with a beautiful smile. Thanks Dawn and Lasonda!
