The staff is phenomenal – and very courteous and compassionate!! I didn’t start donating until after I retired because frankly I was afraid. The whole office is very friendly and welcoming and explain each step along the way. Blood levels are very low so come out and donate now!! This place is the best of the best. Shout out to Rhonda and Laura but they are all very good!!

The staff is excellent! So friendly and welcoming. I have to go every 2 weeks for blood therapy due to an illness and when they check my levels of iron to see if I have to be drawn they get just as excited as me when it turns out I don’t have to! They are very encouraging! When I do have to be drawn, they make it so easy. My veins are difficult to draw from normally and I have had horrible experiences throughout my life with nurses & such trying to draw blood. But here, they stick me once, straight in, no moving the needle try to catch the vein they were going for. I never bruise after they are done either. I look forward to the day I no longer need to come here and my illness is gone. But, I will miss the wonderful staff.

Every time I go to donate blood, all of the people there have a positive demeanor and love what they do. That makes all the difference for the friends I’ve dragged with me to donate blood. The nurses were able to convince my friend who’s afraid of needles that he could donate! If that doesn’t speak volumes I don’t know what will. And also, the t-shirts always have a cool design, just a little bonus for saving a life. 🙂
