Great customer service, all the staff are friendly , patient , understanding & informative. The staff make all donor’s comfortable. The donation time frame is quick & easy. I highly recommend. All employees deserve a raise they all go above & beyond they job duties. The HR team did a great job at hiring the best employees.

I got deferred from another plasma place because of psoriasis, but here they accept people with it. I really like Mrs. Dawn, and the other people there are really nice too. They always have horror movies or high stakes movies on when I go which I find funny cause it keeps your blood pressure up. The app is pretty easy to use and I like that I can just do the opening questionnaire on there instead of waiting in a line. The only thing I don’t like is that the screening blood pressure machine always squeezes really hard. But it’s also walk in only, which makes me relieved that I don’t have to worry about an appointment. The bathrooms are always really clean and much bigger than the other place. So I think the positives of this place far outweigh any negatives.

Went today to get it done as any other time, but this time it was such an aggressive and rude experience. It was as rushed getting checked in and you also rushed getting unhook and very aggressive. And stuck in both arms and swelled up. I normally have good visits when I come here , this one made me rethink going back.

Overall a solid experience anytime I come. Only detractors I notice is that during the time I come (after work due to my schedule) there are hardly enough screeners available which makes the wait time longer than it should. Another is every now n then there are donors whose hygiene is isn’t on par. I’m sure there is a policy addressing that. However, I can’t too much find anything else wrong from my viewpoint. Kudos to the folks who do their job and do it well.

The facility is always clean. The techs and nurse for the actual pre-certification and donation stations are always friendly and very efficient. Once past the initial donation day, I have never been more than 2 hours, with most falling in the 90 minutes or less category for total time from entrance into and exit from the facility. By far and away, the best plasma donation facility in Augusta, GA. And the consistency of the expected amounts makes it one less problem to worry about. As a donor , each individual just needs to be consistent with their regular visits. The management staff has an easy task with having comprehensively the best techs and nurse in their company each day.

When I went to this place on July 28th and didn’t have that great of an experience there. When u walk in it’s takes them a while to even acknowledge that you’re there. I understand that they are busy putting people on the machines but someone should be more aware of the other people at the desk. The most unfortunate thing that happened to me is after only my 2nd day of donating, I had to have sat in a chair behind someone who had a full blown bed bug infestation at there home because not only one day after I came home I started getting ate up. I knew it was bed bugs because I myself had the before many years ago so I knew exactly what the bites look like. A bed bug treatment is $1500!! So now I have to figure out how to come up with this money because they don’t clean the chairs properly smh Needless to say I definitely won’t go back and I’d urge others to stay away from this place. Bed bugs are EXTREMELY HARD and EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE to get rid of once u have them.

Clean and neat lobby and donation area. Offers an OctaPass to do your screening quickly and efficiently. Employees are somewhat friendly. Seen a little overwhelmed when they are very busy. It’s best to come early and get out early.
