I’ve been donating at this location for awhile now. Everybody who works here is quick and competent. Sheila has done my vitals several times and she’s nice. Sometimes it seems like there’s relatively few people on staff, and as a result things get delayed a few minutes, but there’s an ongoing pandemic so I understand. Anyways, I’ve been coming here often enough that it’s almost comforting to walk through the doors, even though I’m about to get a needle in my arm.

Tried to book an appointment during the Christmas season because I know the need is high. All the slots were full so I stopped in to the donation center on the off chance they could accommodate a walk-in. . The woman at reception turned me away without checking and informed me that she books Her appointments a year in advance. Of all the things she could have said or done, that was possibly the least helpful

I’ve seen some negative reviews here about the staff, but I had a great experience here today. I donated platelets at this location for the first time today and all the staff I interacted with were professional but friendly and made the lengthy process as enjoyable as possible. Definitely coming back here again the next time I donate.

When staff try to rush your donation and end up blowing your vein in the process instead of letting it flow ☠️ had to call my physician after to he able to donate tomorrow now and won’t be able to donate any given. Definitely not going back.

Waiting…waiting…waiting…45 minutes for a “Scheduled APPT”…staff ignores you…its a big cluster mess! They bombard you with emails and texts to donate…scheduling on line/at drives is not easy…why donate then? It’s a P.I.A…but its Christmas.
