The female nurse that is not all bubbly and happy (love her) really needs to learn her place. She is NOT a doctor & has been acting like one a lot. She is a nurse she is NOT allowed to diagnose ANYTHING. She needs to learn that real quick before she’s reported to the medical board for malpractice.

I’ve been donating at this location for about 7 years. The one in downtown for about another 8 years. My experience with the company has been great and the staff is positive and kind.

I’m a bit bummed out. I wanted to donate, but I didn’t know the process was so complicated. I mean, what do they think this place is? Is it the Pentagon or something? How difficult should it be to help others in need? Make it simple!

The “nurses” here are a joke. They all always have an attitude and treat the clientele as if they’re doing them a favor.

The CSL plasma center on Price Rd provides the worse professionalism in their work ethics. Most employees are nice however it seems nurses and Management discriminate if one takes meds for anxiety. Although the prescription states why you take meds and how often they forcefully require you to sign a form so Dr. Can release your diagnosis ! Rude !!!! 100 %

Very unprofessional as I was waiting in the front the two receptionist were laughing and giggling… I didn’t know if it was at me or something else but each time I looked at them they would turn around or face the computers, didn’t think that was right and completely unacceptable so I handed them all the papers they gave me and just walked out.
