Literally just left after wasting time there. The Hispanic male with glasses will desperately search for a reason to not accept you regardless of providing everything that is necessary to donate. I decided to leave after he deliberately stalled my intake. I do not recommend.

Fast, friendly service, knowledgeable phlebotomists, clean facility, smaller than other places I’ve been to but more organized and my first visit only took less than 2.5 hours (as opposed to 4+ at other places). The phlebotomist did a great job, my needle didn’t need to be readjusted and she only stuck me the one time. The AC is blasting, the music is relaxing and I’ll definitely will be back!

The office is clean and organized. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only downfall is the website should be updated to warn new donors that the full first visit/ intake process can take up to 4 hours. The reading material reports that but had I waited until after work/ evening I would have been there so late.

Great staff, but calling is a pain. Not sure if they just never answer the phones, but regardless of the time of day, I got no answer when I called dozens of times to ask a question. It’s extremely inconvenient to have to make a trip to the facility just to speak to someone. If nothing else, one staff member should be designated to cover the phones. Donors would be much happier if they are able to talk to someone without wasting a trip.

While I really like several staff members, to be honest the only reason I kept coming back, the bp monitors are outdated. I tested myself on 2 different types after being told that my bp was 208/125. Which I questioned if it’s that high why would they be more concerned? Multiple times they told me my bp was high. I’ve never had high BP and it truly concerned me. I even had my doctor checkto be sure. Also I was told in the beginning that as long as my donations were within 7 days they counted as the same week. Once I was finally able to do then within the 7 days of each other they money given was the same both times though its posted the second one you get more for. I was told they weren’t in the same week because the week (for them) started over between my 2 donations. I’m so very disappointed. I really feel like this is a great program and it really helps everyone involved. But this isn’t how to do business with people.

The process to donate here is very efficient. The employees are all so friendly and kind when answering any questions you may have about the process. Its clear that management helps with implimenting new promotions/ events to get everyone more excited to help others out and to enjoy the season as it goes.

Horrible this lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude. Needs some wiener in her life in my opinion. Can’t answer a question over the phone without being rude. Don’t like your job find a new one or keep yourself at home.

They never answer for my husband and when I would try my number they really don’t answer it’s been 2 days and no answer, like what’s the point of having a number and an office if no one is never n their or answers the dam phone, like seriously, very unprofessional for each of them and then on top of that, most of the “employees” that they have are never the same ones when u go back and most of them r very untrained….I wouldn’t recommend going here to donate what so ever.
