I was here wanting to donate plasma as a new donor and I was rudely turned away because they weren’t accepting new donors and I was there several months ago to donate plasma and I was told by a manager that the next time I go there I won’t have any issues since I had complications at the time. Please hire a new manager or have this rectified because I was promised something and I did no receive.
