Tried donating 2 times now. 1 year ago where they denied me for being poked by a needle In the ANIMAL field, where nothing can transfer over. This time they denied me because I don’t have my OWN personal mail box!!! I told them I shared a box with my neighbor and was told that my answer seemed false and untrue. Despite telling them multiple times that I don’t have my own box, I share one and prefer not to get mail there but that I CAN get mail there and the box would no longer be shared in less than a month. These things need to be posted on the website. I took an hour out of my day today to be denied because of a MAIL BOX!!!!!! This place has such insane restrictions and so many of them aren’t even related to your actual blood!!!! Basically be a saint and be perfect if you want to donate here. I have TWO reliable ways to receive mail but was denied because 1 is not my place of residence and the other is a shared box!!!!!

Revised; Equipment faulty, interesting policies, and quick to turn you away if their readings are off without any double check system. Evaluation process inaccurate through nurses. Worst of the donation centers I have tried.

Let me start by saying that these people are fantastic. It was a very welcoming environment and the ladies were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The process was so smooth. The staff answered every question I had. This is an amazing place and they will always have my business. I’d give more stars if I could.
