I would not recommend going to this location since their quality of service to the client has slipped through the cracks. I swear every other time I donate blood at this location, they don’t properly wrap my arm and I end up bleeding all over my clothes/ myself. When I requested a senior phlebotomists, I got stared at like I have three heads for asking such a request. I am an avid donor with O positive blood but I refuse to donate if I am going to keep getting the treatment that I do. It’s not enjoyable having to clean blood off my clothes because someone can’t properly do their job. I’ve addressed this before through the Red Cross support and it still appears nothing is being fixed by it…No one seems to take me serious when I do address my concerns over the phone when they call to ask me to donate again. Maybe if you took as much time as you do bothering me to donate to listen to my concerns, things would be different.
