Employees there are thee slowest and most useless workers that I have seen. I walked into the facility at 8:44 and stood in line for OVER AN HOUR and still hadn’t started the donating process, which alone takes another 45 min and was forced to leave at 9:50 because i was going to be late for work. There was 3 workers on the floor and barley 10 people actively donating. The fact that 3 workers can’t manage 3 people when they all they do is just sit there is abysmal. There was at least 7 people in line waiting to start donating and I watched as they moved as slow as possible to prep another machine while stopping mid way to talk to another worker, further adding to the slowness. This is a sad excuse for staff and the only good employee was the on site physician. He is very kind and quick with his work. 1 Star, I will not be coming back to this location.
