I called a day before and the day of to make sure they were taking walk ins. Waited way over an hour and nothing. Either your taking walk ins or you’re not. Just say no instead of wasting my time. Never coming here again.

The staff was very friendly and professional. However, unfortunately, I have had 2 unsuccessful draw insertion at this location and this is the only location that has happened. When my mom tried to give here, she also ended up with a giant bruise because of an unsuccessful draw as well. It is very disappointing when you lose an opportunity to save a life because of inexperience. However, we do love Vitalant and the opportunities it gives us to give back. We will continue to donate blood, but at a different location. Thank you

I have been donating here for a few years and have usually had wonder experiences with the staff. This morning I went in to donate and when I checked in there was a nurse loudly arguing with a man that was donating. They were arguing about some pretty heavy political issues that were extremely inappropriate to discuss in the setting. I asked the nurse helping me to see if they might consider lowering their voices because headphones wouldn’t drown out the yelling. She did and when I walked out of the check in room, the man began trying to fight with me and yelled as I walked out of the door. I left and didn’t donate today. Very unprofessional experience and I will be looking for somewhere else to donate.
