“I’m one of the highest level managers and you are not getting a different response from someone else. I can schedule you for Tuesday since it’s been a month since you came”….

BioLife has amazing incentive for new donors and runs a clean facility. Belt line can get crazy busy… but go early when they open or during regular business hours and you’re fine. Never have had a problem and the staff always makes me laugh. The pay drops big after first 8 visits… and everyone has different promotions so it gets frustrating that people donating less can sometimes get more money. As a big guy, I wish they paid based on amount donated.. I’m over 940mL while 9/10 ppl donate 600-800. Not sure why they receive more but can’t blame them. It’s still money and great people.

I called to address an issue the clinic was facing from last week, and the manager, Justice, was very rude and did not handle the concern appropriately. I mentioned over the phone that she was being rude, and she replied by saying, “I’m matching the energy,” which is not an appropriate way for any manager to speak with people. It seems like they make it difficult for individuals to express opinions that differ from their own.

I’ve been coming here for a year and lately the last few months Ive been coming it’s gotten bad. I used to go donate be there an hour lately it seems like it’s been an hour and a half today I waited an hour and a half before I even got poked I had to leave and waste my time and gas because I wasn’t expecting to be there so long and had somewhere to be. The people behind me in line that got seated after me started donating before I even got acknowledged. Either y’all need to get more staff or maybe not schedule so many appointments. Seems like the volume of donators doesn’t match the staff they have there. I’ve referred people and they ask me if it’s always a long wait and it seems like they have had long waits as well. Seems like socializing is a priority here because half the time I see people stop what they are doing to go conversate. I used to come every week looks like any time of the day I decide to schedule my appointment the wait is long. Today I decided I’d go at 830 and I don’t know what’s worse coming in earlier and taking longer than when scheduling later. May be time to find a new place to go or just take a break from coming here.

This location for one NEVER answers the phone. The one time I went in looking for information I had to stand outside knocking in 110 degree heat until a customer happened to be leaving. Everyone inside blatantly ignored me at the door. Then when inside I asked if anyone was available to talk and the one person that answered said no and didn’t direct me to someone that could. My normal very well behaved three year old was playing walking in small circles and not disturbing or messing with anything or anyone right next to me within arms length. The lady who ignored me at the door yelled “whos baby is that?” And told me I needed to get ahold of her. I was standing in line and my kid was within two feet of me, again not bothering anyone. That was the last straw for me. Glad I didn’t waste my time getting information from them about donating.

I can’t believe this place has such a low overall rating. The people here are always friendly and helpful. This is my favorite Biolife of the three centers I’ve been to and favorite donation company of all I’ve visited..

Two stars because I genuinely appreciate the efforts of the tech named Jesus. He’s very attentive and makes the process so much more enjoyable with small talk not to mention he’s by far one of the best techs in needle sticks. I’m a long time donor and this location is for the most part organized… as of lately what is a typical 45 to 65 minute donation has turned into hours long process possibly even before you make it to the front of the actual donation line. The music choice has been very distasteful the employees dont have a filter on their conversations and it just seems like evryone is giggles and laughs until they have to do their JOB, then they’re bothered. To say the least an appointment means nothing these days. They’re overbooked understaffed (or newly staffed)and entirely a mess this passed month or so and are only getting worse. If you have the time and means to get there i highly suggest the Lewisville location. I honestly hope that I can come back and change my review in the days to come.

I saw that BioLife was offering $500 for the first four donations and immediately made an appointment at the Dallas/Belt Line location. Was SO excited as I’ve never donated before – but they changed my appointment to five days later via the app without consulting me, and when I called this morning to ask about it, “nurse” Dalia interrupted me to tell me to “calm down” …

Never donated before but there was a good promotion and I have student loan debt. I figured I would complete the eight required donations for the promotion and be done with it. It ended up being such a pleasant experience that I keep going back. Sometimes the wait is long but I don’t mind because it’s probably the only time I get to do absolutely nothing.
