Most staff is great you have a couple that are on a power trip that would prefer to yell at clients instead of simply speaking to them. The pay is good however they need to learn how to stick people to get the plasma. Other then those couple things overall they are a great place and sad to see them go permanently.

The Octapharma Plasma branch in Brockton is quite efficient and responsive. There is very little wait time from the time one walks through the door. The intake process is efficient and there is generally a bed available for the donation process. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. They also have an app which speeds the check in process as one can answer the necessary questions via the app before I even leave my house. I highly recommend them. Not only do I earn money but am providing lifesaving plasma for those who need it.

Came in to donate about 2 weeks ago and had a scary experience – got a bad stick in one arm which resulted in pain and blood pooling in my arm – then the tech failed to stick my other arm properly which resulted in my blood being tossed in the trash and painful bruising in both arms. It seemed understaffed when I came in; I should have left but I stayed assuming there were procedures in place to ensure donors’ safety. I don’t like to post bad reviews but I want to save someone else from an experience like this. 100% will never be returning to Octapharma.

The staff are very friendly and informative. But one thing I didn’t care for was that they give you $100 for seven visits but it has to be done with any 35 day. And I never knew that I think they need to let people know that when they are a new donor
