I have been trying for the past couple of months to become a donor. I drive over in July, they said I had to have a form sent to my doctor for him to sign and fax back which he did. The center didn’t get the form back until the end of August but during that time I would call and ask if they got the paperwork, every time I talk to someone they are so rude. Over a month later I finally get an email stating that I have an appointment today 9/30/2023 for a physical at 12:15. I drive to it, and the nurse said their doctor said I have to have a sleep study when it was never mentioned before and after having waited for over two months. They claim they didn’t know I have to have a sleep study, uh someone who has sleep apnea, that should be an indication that a sleep study should’ve been done. Why doesn’t their doctor talk to me personally, and plus he’s hardly there anyway he’s not there every day. I’m about to give up on becoming a donor cause they tell me something different every time. When I get the sleep study done and results back to them, they will probably say I need something else done too. Unprofessional of them to keep giving me the runaround.

My first time at this location was smooth and quick and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the donation center (both inside and out), professionalism & friendliness of staff, and the overall atmosphere. I was on time for my appointment, had one of my kiosk questionnaire answers flagged for review by a nurse, which only took an extra 3 mins or so to complete. I was then able to return to the front of the line to get vitals done. was seated and hooked up to a machine in less than 25 minutes which has NEVER happened at any other donation place I’ve been to. I’m normally a fast donor, I pull 30-35 my first cycle. This time I pulled 40 my first cycle and was done in less than 45 minutes. No bruising, no pain, ZERO issues whatsoever with my donation experience. 10/10 🙂

Been waiting outside this place for over two hours with my three year-old daughter, for my fiancé to get plasma done here . It is almost 90° out they told me no kids were allowed in this place yet they have a baby changing station in the waiting room. this place is honestly a joke, and they do not care about children.

I usually donate twice a week, if my schedule allows. The staff are always friendly. The new machines are much faster and the process much quicker than before. If you get cold easily, you might want to bring a blanket.

This place is a joke. One of the staff members who does your initial check will send every single person back for an “arm check”. I came into today to get a new physical because it had been longer than 6 months since my last donation and the nurse told me I could not donate because my nose sounded “stuffy”. The nurse is a nasty rude woman. Don’t waste your time going here. The staff are incompetent.

Staff here does a really good job with accuracy of the needle placement. I just wish some of the phlebotomists were a little more friendly- at least open your mouth and say hello, and give eye contact, You are servicing the public, that can go donate with other centers, but they chose you!

would give 0 stars if I could. The employees here specifically the nurse was so rude. Ended up spending over an hour there answering the questionnaire etc just for me to see the nurse and tell me I can’t donate because I sniffled. It was ridiculous…. Not to mention the room that they had everyone at for waiting had multiple reports of a gas smell and the manager there I believe it was said don’t worry we will fix it later.

They have not updated to the newest FDA guidelines for a particular disease that was released back in 2022. They are requiring me to have medical testing done out of pocket before they will allow me to donate. If I choose to do this testing it would impact my life significantly. Also their website is inaccurate and says that if you have this certain disease you cannot donate but doesn’t say anything about family members. The nurse was very rude and short with me. DO NOT GO HERE AND PICK A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!

Place is ridiculous with their rules. I have went there off and on for years and was told at my renewal physical that I can never donate again since I didn’t report my back out leg tattoos which is just a p and a n in separate areas on my leg very little. Forgot about them and she automatically said I can never donate again in my life. And was very rude and snotty about it.

The nurse had a horrible attitude… I had a little cough so they proceeded to stick me with an epi pen and call 911… it was very well organized but when it came to me telling them why I was coughing it was embarrassing and over the top
