I have been coming here for a long time and only a few people stand out. Bobbie Jo is always a delight to see, she screened me just today. I was a bit excited . When I was being hooked up in the donor area, Tiffany has always gotten me flowing really good. She is so sweet and I thank everyone that helps us donors on a daily basis. I waited there for about three hours today as a new donor at which point they told me I couldn’t donate because I take more than three medications for one condition. My vitals are good, I’m healthy and the fourth medication is an anti-inflammatory so it’s an arbitrary distinction and I don’t understand this. Extremely disappointing experience.

My experience varies from visit to visit. But there are a few staff persons that really make a difference. Lionel has been one of the best. He is great at starting the IV, if he starts mine I’m usually done in under 40 minutes. He also checks on you to make sure all is going well. He definitely makes the process alot easier and I would recommend him to anyone.

Honestly, I’ve had a good experience, on some level, every time I come here. Bobby Jo is the best! It makes my day every time she’s working when I stop in to donate. First time going never got to donate because the staff mangers had a real sassy atmosphere around her and I looked at the reviews and all the 5 star ones are from 5 months ago to a year ago but the place is going down hill I didn’t see feel welcomed I felt uncomfortable with half the older staff they talked to you like your 5 years old, and the miscommunication in there is AWFUL and I’ve been there for 4 hrs and never got my blood drawn because the lady put in the system I did when I went to the medical room ect blah blah just don’t go here unless you REALLY REALLY down bad other than that CALLL HR
