Have been donating for many years and been going to this facility for 12 years. I have always been treated very well and had the best care. As I have gotten older it has become difficult to find good veins. After a few failed attempts I was ready to give up. A few months ago I had my blood drawn by Kristina who is fabulous. She has given me advise on hydration and improving my iron count. She has made this experience so much easier and I am thankful for her help. She’s the best!

I love this location and look forward to going back. It was my first time donating and having fear of the unknown I was a bit nervous. From being welcomed by the gentleman at the front desk to my nurse Felice who did the intake and blood draw, made my visit extremely comfortable and had a variety of delicious snacks post donation. I will definitely go back.

I agree with all previous reviewers – this location is excellent! I donated blood here while on vacation and it was the best donation experience i’ve ever had. The lady who did my donation (if I remember correctly, her name was Erica) was extremely friendly and personable. The Red Cross blood donation employees in the Twin Cities could learn a ton from the team in Myrtle Beach. My donation experiences in the Twin Cities, MN have been extremely negative and disappointing due to the very rude and unfriendly staff in MN.
