I been here before in 2019, the new staff is totally different. They were personable, friendly and professional. I had fun, and enjoyed my time there. If there were 10 stars to give, I’d give it. Customer service is everything….. but I wish they paid more. That’s a long process for $30.00.

Clean environment, most of the staff are amazing and this is a safe atmosphere. My only suggestions would be to allow donors to make appointments as opposed to waiting in line. A fight almost broke out earlier this week before you opened and the Police had to gain order.

My daughter had a terrible experience this last time. right from the start, My daughter said it hurt more than usual and the girl said she will check back with her and never did. The blood started backing up in her arm, starting a clot. If it wasn’t for another girl working noticing what was going on, idk what would of happened to her. She came crying and in pain. Simply just the best place ever. Staff is so kind and professional, their really is no comparison. Management has been nothing less then amazing. Gina, Jessica, Ohood, Katie and Ki…all go above and beyond expectations in every single donation I’ve made. I’ve been donating 3 years and I have never went to another facility because this place and the staff here are just GREAT. GREAT JOB LADIES AND GENTLEMAN….(for the male staff I didn’t mention, I apologize I forgot your names) you guys are great .

The employees at the front are super nice and helpful. They don’t lie when they say your first time will take about 3 hours. But my issue was that the place was so cold it was wildly uncomfortable. definitely dress warm.

Been going to octapharma for a while it’s a great place to donate especially the location in Bridgeview, IL from my last donation walking in Chris is a new employee who is very polite and courteous with professionalism to the great staff and team working in the donating room where the beds are give entire team a excellent and efficient!!!

Caity is the best phlebotomist there! All the other stuff is super well trained and very welcoming. I will only ever come here for the great and fantastic service.
