I have been donating with BioLife for 3 years. The process is very lengthy. There’s seldom enough staff to move donors through each step prior to the donation process. Then there’s another wait to be seated for donation. Again, not enough staff to adequately seat and process the donations.

Incredible the professional, honest customer service. Fast and efficient and much nicer than other plasma donation centers. I have been donating for years since a family member had an issue and needed plasma. It helps so many and they compensate you for being generous. Their website is very user friendly easy to schedule appointments other places have taken 4 plus hours this one I have never spent more than an hour. Plus the staff has a fun, sweet bed side manner and are quick to respond to any needs or questions you may have. I highly recommend this location if you want to be generous and possibly your donation could save a life, if not for carrying generosity you may want to consider giving for the 900 donor gift they have this month or the 100 friend referral reward.

If they place is busy, a donation may take up to 3 hours, due to the wait time (weekends and evening). The staff is attentive and good music is often playing. The facility is kept pretty cold, so you may want to bring a jacket or light blanket.

Horrible. The system allows too many people to book appointments but their are not enough phlebotomist available to stick everyone so they end up having SUPER long lines. My appointment was for 11:40am it is now 3:04pm and I am still waiting in line to donate. There is no waiting area so you will be standing on your feet most of the time just waiting. The higher up in the company have zero interest in improving the system because all they will say to the people there is they need to work faster. You can’t do this any faster you need to improve this flawed system. I have been to every plasma center in this area and NEVER had to wait this long. Even at CSL and CSL is like the lowest of the. If you have a bad waiting experience here please make sure to check out other plasma services around the area because there is no improving what is going on here in the near future . This feels like waiting for a dam homeless shelter. [Update] it’s 5:30 and I am almost done with my donation. I’ve been here from 11:40am to 5:30 pm

I do not understand the purpose of making an appointment, unfortunately the lines are always very long 2-3 hours. I have been unable to donate without waiting in line for hours and at times had to leave because of the long wait time. I’ve tried very early morning and afternoon and it’s the same. I would love to donate more but the overbooking and amount of time spent in line doesn’t make sense. Professional workers, however the music played is like a night club. If there was another facility close to me I definitely would switch. Always disappointing experience. If you choose to come to this location block off 2 hour minimum.

Mike and Rachel were super nice and very acknowledgable. The wait was a little long on Sunday to where I ran out of time to donate due to my schedule so I came back during the week and it was better. I was there almost 3 hours on Sunday which was my first visit but Rachel was very helpful and made me feel better about coming back and getting in quicker.

This place really needs a management overhaul! The people who work there are very nice and do the best they can, but they are either understaffed or over booked! When I signed up, they said each donation after your first would take about 1-2 hours! That is a joke! More like 3-4 hours! In addition, you stand and wait during this time. No seating is offered except for the floor!

I have been a reoccurring donor for several years now. And I have experience on about 4 occasions out of this time a problem with staff most staff are professionals. Once tech was talking not paying attention to what she was doing and did opposite of what my allergy chart showed. Another time it was hot no air conditioning blowing, I said I was hot in here the tech reported to nurse I wasn’t feeling well and said I was hot. Really! Another time after completing donation bell when off to be unhooked from machine. The only staffer in my station unhooked a guy across from me when my alarm went off first but she never asked just assumed. Then left saying nothing and went on her break no one come to unhook me until I called for help. After another staffer showed up to help me, at that point I was irritated by the lack of communication and customer service and share this with her. She reported me for having an attitude but never shared my issue. Really! Today once and again I was there to donate and noticed the tech was not sanitizing the counter after each customer, with Covid on the rise again. So I asked has the requirements changed to wipe counters after each customer? She had a little attitude by my request, as a result she claimed her word only the my numbers were off by 1 point and I couldn’t donate today. Really! I realize that the body changes from time to time but it was just apparent to me that no one verifies this but the tech. It appeared very odd when my numbers have not ever been off previously over many donations, except once my blood pressure was a bit high. But only this staffer knows the truth, and when I asked to speak with a manager she decided to go on a break. I want to say I have spoken with the GM Bre on several occasions about customer service issues, was always professional and seemed to care and encouraged me to continue coming she was the reason I continued at this location other than closest to my job driving distance. I know how important donations are due to having loss family and friends to cancer, liver disease, and other health problems that plasma was beneficial while they were living. But as a customer service professional my self one thing that irritates me the most is others that don’t like their job but continue in fields that you have to have a caring, pleasant personality to do your job, and if you don’t go elsewhere find another field instead of expressing your poor attitude towards others. Donating takes great effort for many not just some extra income which is not very much when you consider the traveling distance, time invested. This is not a fast food restaurant we shouldn’t have to deal with rude staff. Financially the organization is generally the one getting the most paid from plasma donors. I hope management works more closely with training staff you have cameras what are they there for protection only? Spot monitor your staff sometimes when there is a issue don’t just take their word for why you lose your donors.

Traveled an hour to get to 7:25 appointment arrived on time. I was screened immediately but when I arrived to donation floor had to stand in line for an hour only 2 people ahead of me! I asked the so called supervisor what was the hold up and she said with a nasty attitude, I can reschedule you? Are you serious? Like I have time & gas to waste! I did not sit in a chair until 8:50am. I was also told that they do not have enough staff! That sounds like their issue, not mine. I have a job to go to and I should not have my job jeopardized due to Biolife’s staffing issue. I darn sure did not get out my bed drive almost an hour away to provide a service to be disrespectted in any way shape or form! I don’t care who you are or what title you may hold Respect me if I’m respecting you! Took me 2 hours to donate as new donor now 3 hours as a returning donor. Makes no sense!

Great experience at this location donating plasma. My initial appointment was a bit long (around 4 hrs), but they were slammed and the initial appt is where you go through their screening and physical, which you get to bypass on subsequent visits. All of my visits since have been around 2-3 hrs and pretty chill. I get to relax in a chair, donate plasma to help others, and get compensated for it. What’s not to like? Staff is always pleasant too, which I appreciate. Keep up the great work guys!
