Looks sketchy to me I wouldn’t let them ppl touch me. After reading the reviews I think it’s hilarious being the manager had time to come across the street and attack me because someone threatened to have some of their employee vehicles move off a property they were not supposed to be Parked at. She has time for cake and arguing just no time to do their real jobs if they even know what they are supposed to be doing. It does need a negative star !

got a two week deferral at the warner robins location for low protein 5.8. i donated on the day i had low protein. they told me about the deferral on my 2nd donation, as i couldent do the kiosk questions. at biolife if your protein is low you come back the next day. i got a deferral for the low protein that i had on the day that i donated at csl. then they told me if they took a sample of my protein, the results would take 2 weeks to return. retards

This place needs (-negative star category) Recently started donating at this location. If you ask questions, the staff are very confident in giving the wrong answers just to send you on your way.. that was day one. Now that I’ve donated there about 10times. I’ve learned that. This place is a very UNSAFE environment. I was ASSAULTED by another donor, TOUCHED INAPPROPRIATELY, after the assult . Then Held HOSTAGE. All of this happened right in front of staff while they did nothing about it. Since I’m an adult I didn’t retaliate during these offenses. Instead, I directed my problems to the cooperate office since it’s clear that this center is not capable. Corporate office inturn has said they would contact me. What they did is have Macon Ga center contact me and I missed that call. When I called back I was directed to medical staff then left on hold indefinitely. If uyou ever encounter these type of problems you will need to take all matters into your own hands to ensure your safety. Otherwise, you will be violated and the special staff will only find this funny.

This place has gotten worse just in the four times I’ve attempted to donate. The face that only one girl was checking people in. I then sat almost an hour just to get hooked up to donate ..People from other sections were coming and walking around yet the supervisor said they couldn’t help me because they were in other sections.. So we just had to sit here and wait for one girl by her self to do an entire section when others walked around talking and laughing.

The techs that puts the needle in they’ll start the process and walk off without checking on you thought the donation process. Even when you’re done donating you’re sitting there for at least 15-20 mins waiting for someone to come unhook you due to the fact the techs are in groups talking and gossiping.

My experience at Csl at the macon location is alway great. I’m always greeted what smiles and glad to see you and what can we do for you . There is a staff member that goes above the Call of Duty her name is Deja. Ms. Deja is always pleasant it reassuring before and after sticking me to make sure their is no discomfort, swelling itching or irritation In my opinion she is a pleasantry to the macon location. Their are always smiling faces and pleasant people but certain employees stick out I’m glad to be a donor at csl.

i have donated at this location twice this week and neither experience was fantastic however my most recent donation has left me concerned for the safety of anyone who chooses to donate here. my first visit was somewhat uneventful, long waits despite not being very busy and the staff isn’t the most welcoming. there were a few hiccups in my donation and those around me; my only major complaint is that during the donation the informed me because i didn’t weight 150lbs i couldn’t give a full donation and therefore would not receive the full $100 incentive, however for some reason they did take the same amount from me that they would anyone over 150lbs but still refused to give me anything over the $85 incentive for my weight class. two days later i went back for my second and most recent donation. they tested my iron twice both resulting in a iron level of 37, i asked the nurse if it was still safe for me to donate or if i would need to wait a few more days and she told me to wait in the donor line for my turn, when i made it to the chair i requested to be stuck in the opposite arm seeing as i had recently donated and still had a fresh puncture spot on my left arm, however she refused stating the machine was on the wrong side for that and insisted on reopening the same hole. during my donation the machine lost flow several times, the staff did not check on me despite the many alarms going off. on the last cycle i lost flow again for two minutes. i started to lose consciousness but managed to send a text to my best friend waiting in the car for help. the staff was extremely inattentive, as i was rapidly blacking out i was to kick my feet on the end of the chair to get a nurses attention. when i finally got a nurse to come to the station i still could not verbally communicate, she pushed the needle further in and pulled it out several times before realizing i developed a hematoma and removing the needle. during this process i was not mentally coherent and they would not let my friend through to act as my medical advocate despite her many efforts, instead she was forced to sit in the departure room with armed security guarding the door. despite the fact that i was vomiting i had to ask several times for water or powerade. this establishment is a safety hazard just waiting for a lawsuit. the staff are poorly trained and inattentive locals that have no regards for patient consent, the withdraw of patient consent or patient safety.
