Today was my second time coming here but my first time donating platelets. I could have went to the one closer to my residence but I enjoy it here. They are kind, patient, their vibes are on point, they check on you, they explain the process of things and how everything works. Mariah (hopefully that’s spelled correctly) is amazing and hilarious. She will make your time worthwhile. Everyone is so respectful and kind even when you are on the phone with them.

Been coming for years, and will continue. Just irked from latest donation. Did the questionnaire from home prior and everything to speed up visit. Showed up early for appointment and still waited for over 20 minutes in the screening room before anyone came in.
