Professional, very kind, nice staff, has a sense of humor, got me in quick the same day even though I showed up late. I don’t recommend doing that because it’s rude, but I didn’t have another choice. I would recommend this place over biolife. Also their Center looks very clean and nice.

I love donating plasma for people that need it and this is by far the best location for that in Ames. They have a nice waiting room with chairs before screening and before the actual donation. Very fast process, the staff is beyond personable and always remembers your face and name.

Saving in Style
I used to work at the Competition and tbh. BIOMAT I noticed instantly that the environment didnt feel tense or toxic. The location is definitely more cleanly and streamlined. They put money into their staff and equipment, unlike the other place. I love how there is No apt needed. You can walk In and just start. I do think they need to be open starting at 6am so ppl can come in before work though.
