Service is so ruff they wanna do everything fast and ur heart rate goes up and there scales don’t match ur weight even the waiting area lobby smells so bad like they don’t mop and clean the seats it has a bad smell my wife always waits for me there she sees ants crawling in the walls. With COVID they should be more clean and there not don’t recommend this place administration should be more strict with the cleaning and sanitizing i work at a gas station and we’re more cleaner than this

I appreciate how every staff member treats others with respect and explains every step of the process in a very clear & polite manner. I won’t go anywhere else. I’m going to be honest and say it very clearly. My previous review for this place was not a good one. I posted that review while I had an issue at the center. Well this place is one of the few places that actually treat you with respect and are friendly and kind. I’ll have to admit though that for New Donors the pay is great, the pay for regular donors is way to Low. O well it is what it is. Respect Honesty and staying loyal to one place are the most important things that one needs. Thank you CSL let’s continue saving lives.

Do not Donate here They will mess with your life, Be careful with this place, My husband got a letter that he came out positive for Hepatitis B, and you can imagine what we felt he emediatly went to check himself and Thank God he came out Negative in all tests, he went to provide the negative test results from the Health Department and was told that he will be referred from this plasma which is fine by him after the scared we had, cuz it affected all of us, and then he is told that this positive for Hepatitis B was a false positive done by the computer because their test are real sensitive and that it came out from the plasma bottle, and that he will be put on a National Deferral Registry (NDDR). This did not happen to him only it happen to other people and all they can say is sorry. It is so unecesary to add a person to a national registry as a Hepatitis positive when is not true.
