Terrible unsanitary experience. Only one phlebotomist running around unorganized. Then I’m the waiting area there was a drop of blood that was dried. Medical receptionist came and sprayed and it dropped down the wall and it’s still sitting there 20 minutes later. Another substance was left by the waiting area. I waited and completed my donation and nobody wiped it up.

The most convenient out of all the locations. There is free parking on the premise and it is usually not too packed. The longest I’ve waited to be seen is 45 minutes but it has been up to 2 hours at other locations. The phlebotomists are pretty good and if you find someone you especially like they have no problems with you requesting them if they are on the floor. I don’t bother with any of the other locations. This one gets me out the quickest and the staff nice.

I’ve been coming here for several months now and all the staff are very nice and friendly. The music is always upbeat, and I’ve never had an issue here. Would recommend, plus the process is between 1 hour to 1 hour and a half, and you walk away with $50 – $70 each donation. So why not do it.

I was very annoyed, the new staff don’t have enough confidences, this was the worst visit I ever had. I don’t believe new staff should handle needles until they fully comfortable and confident. That will help speed up time and prevent the needle from being placed in the arm half way. My needle wasn’t fully in my vein so it caused a delay in time and frustration.

This place was amazing and the staff was very kind. They explained the whole process and took time to make sure I was as comfortable through the whole process. Alex was amazing and even if she did front desk she kept checking in and I appreciated that!

These guys do whatever they want. I love it because I went there and had to wait forever! Which was a blessing because I have so much patience. And then the staff was helpful by showing me plenty of dance moves from the jamacain culture. I think they called it the wine. I’m not to sure but I know if you come here the music would be very loud lol. Thanks Olgam life!

I have been coming to linden blvd in queens establishment for months and haven’t had any issues. All the staff that I have encountered with have been very nice, funny and caring. I would recommend this to my friends or anyone.

I’ve been coming here since a couple of months, the staff it’s very kind and they explain you from the beginning how does it work if you don’t know. They always check your general health ( pressure, blood..) before to donate, so the make sure you can actually donate, for your safe and the other ones too.

Do NOT waste your time at this place. I had an awful experience and will never go back. The management seems more focused on money than actually helping people. The staff was unprofessional, the place was dirty and unsanitary. As a person of color, I felt judged and unwelcomed. This was supposed to be a simple blood donation, but it turned into the worst experience ever. I left feeling disgusted and disappointed that an organization meant to provide a community service could be so hateful and greedy. I do not recommend giving your business or blood to this bank. There are much better places that will actually value and respect you.
