Have drawn here many times and they have consistently shown total incompetence. Most recently they told me I can’t donate because the blood samples they took from me “got lost” I explained to them that they took two different samples (one two weeks ago and one two days prior!) they tell me they’ve both been lost and I would have to give ANOTHER sample to be sent off before I could donate again. That’s three samples total in three weeks. I refused. I would rather go to a donation center that isn’t so unorganized and inconsiderate. They disclose that if there are any problems they’ll contact you. They never did that. They allowed me to make an appointment, go through the entire intake process, and then when waiting to get hooked up for the draw, decided to tell me there was a problem (that they we’re responsible for) then. Complete lack of communication and courtesy of my time.

Excellent center with a competent and caring staff. The new donor registration was relatively easy and straightforward and they make sure to accommodate you throughout the whole process. I would definitely rate this as a better walk in center overall, especially compared to other centers such as CSL Plasma. They have newer machines that don’t clog and their parking lot is not littered with moon size craters. That’s a big one for me.

This is a great place to donate plasma, rather for the money or to help others in need of plasma. The staff here is awesome. The energy at This location is fantastic. Definitely my first and last time. I got there before my appointment and all waited over half hour just to be sent home cause I didn’t pass a quiz that seems pointless nobody didn’t tell me this my last time I donated I’ve been a member for over a year and last time I had a physical the lady gave me the answers I didn’t think it was that serious but definitely not wasting my time there anymore the other lady definitely let me go donate and all still this one was being dumb for no reason

Really great staff and usually if you pay attention to the schedule the wait’s not too long. I wish there was more grace with the requirements on pulse, when you have to bike half an hour to get there it sucks to get deferred for a whole day when your pulse is elevated after exercise.
