Nathan is an incompetent crook!!!! He tried 2 convince me them lying 2 me was bc I gained weight….I’ve been donating 24 yrs& switched 2 CSL only.many years ago; but….with Nathan’s help (Manager) I am seriously considering transferring 2 NEVER return 2 CSL again….can’t believe their letting such ignorant anger prevoking people to run this facility; my fear is 1 Day he is going 2 undermine what is obviously common sense proven by experience(u can’t tell the recipient what we know& endure& have lived long bf u were part of CSL) it’s not Going 2 turn out well 4 him….so keep assuming all people are as stupid as u sound nathan& see how far it gets u…u would think its coming out of your paycheck 2 risk it all that way, just dumb& needs 2 be supervised more closely as I 100% believe he is a crook; what I know 4 sure is he’s a scumbag 2 his employees& has made a few want to cry by the humiliation he inflicts VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY infront of donors….it makes me want 2 tell him plain out screw off& he don’t deserve the few good people as he has doing everything.! Bc.he himself does nothing. but…..practice ignorant sounding b.s 2 donors while sucking the plasma they get much $$ for out of people 2 treat them as obsolete…….me& 2feiends will b walking away from csl 4 life if csl doesn’t get a hold of Nathan& make him b an honorable person.pretty bad neighborhood 2 have 2 walkout in the dark…. messing with people’s mind& finances…. UPDATE: Cedric of course made Nathan’s careless purposely existence in CSL some sort of right but…..I will NEVER have a use for Nathan nor does CSL….bc he serves none he is a 100% henderence on CSL….thanx Cedric (the man)& Beehan (funny guy),Anthony (My weirdo lol),Kyle (the ohhh so patient pleasent1) there’s Few others u know whi u r!! Thanx 4 making that useless boss of y’all’s job easy& dealing with his derogatory demeanor!! Keep CSL values as intended….I say strike 4 Nathan’s removal& Kyle Take place under Ced…..that would be ideal

Hands down a Great experience. Fast and friendly they have some of the most chill and relaxed yet professional people there. Bemen and Victoria have always been there when I’ve come in they conversate with each and every person, it’s not just a job for them and you can tell they truly care for each and everyone of the people that come in. The center is clean, no lines, no waiting… if you want to be more than just a donor go to CSL and be apart of something so much more….. keep up the great work!!!

The receptionist are great. I specifically want to point out the one receptionist that helped me and answered all my questions throughout the whole process. I can’t remember her name but she has dark hair , braids in her hair she’s awesome. She’s very friendly and knows how to communicate. She also did my screening and she pointed out some very good tips when donating. This was my first time ever donating and she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Other than that all the other staff there is great. Thank you for coming to Des Moines.

Not too bad of an experience. Facility was clean. It was a smooth process. No lines or long waits. The Nurses Paige and Lynndy were friendly and helpful. The Phlebotomists in the back were prompt and courteous.

I’ve had great experiences here! It’s always quiet and the employees are efficient and professional. Very clean facility. Usually in and out within 90 minutes – I have never had to wait to be screened, stuck, or disconnected for more than five minutes. I have donated at three other companies, and I’ve found that my experiences here are the most efficient and timely that I’ve had in the Des Moines area. I will continue to drive 17 minutes to donate here from where I live in West Des Moines (and that’s saying something – I live 2 minutes from a Biolife!)

staffs are friendly, and fast at checking you in and the whole process. Really like the way the back is handled, very smooth. They have been able to stick me without bruising me. This is the place to donate.

Went to donate at this center on MLK now no one ever said you have to Donate with in 30 days and when I went to go Donate for my 2nd time thinking I am about to get my 100 and got $47. There was no sign that said 30 days it was posted behind the counter under something not visible for me or other donors to see. Manager was not willing to help Nathan more worried about my upset attitude rather then telling me he could help
