This was my first time donating plasma, and my experience was great! The facility was clean, and the receptionist Claudia was friendly and helpful. Nurse Liz answered all of my questions, and was super informative. Hallie, who helped during the actual donation, was phenomenal! People often have trouble finding my veins and have to try multiple times, and I usually end up with some bruising. Not with Hallie! First try, on no bruising at all. I’ve already booked my second appointment!

I’ve experienced such wonderful patient care at Biolife Lacey. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional, friendly, and caring. Most of the times I go Amaya helps me and she does a great job; I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. She is great to talk to while donating, it really makes the whole process less intimidating. I highly recommend this location. It’s also very clean.

Donated at this location a bunch of times always had good service, the staff is friendly and professional. Today Amaya hooked me up she was excellent. Very prompt and courteous, got me me hooked up, and was extremely helpful as the machine was acting up, got it fixed and I was in and out in no time. 10/10 would Definitely recommend.
