It’s not the worst place possible but they definitely need to work on Staffing and how much they pay out for donations because they are one of the few companies that’ll pay you pennies for your plasma.

I’m happy I went prior to reading reviews, because I would’ve thought twice! Today was mine and my daughters first donation and it went fairly quick and smooth thanks to Joe, I have difficult veins and he got it first try.I have an itty bitty bruise, I’ve had worse from butterfly needles: thank you Joe and the rest of the friendly staff!! We will be back

This facility didn’t accept seneca nation tribal identification cards. The girl said they aren’t government issued. Funny thing is that’s our government. And the United States recognizes our ID cards. The U.S. Boarder takes them, banks take them, the IRS takes them, Department of social services takes them. My children have jobs and bank accounts they used those same ID cards to open them. On the employment verification tax form you can check off tribal ID. I highly suggest you do your research on tribal Identification cards and educate your staff. Better yet get some staff with some sense. Your desk staff was rude and whoever was sitting in the back wouldn’t come to the front to speak. Do better plasma..

I love this place, first time donating today, staff was nice, helpful and friendly and even rushed to my side to assist me when I almost passed out! I was scared and they were there to call me down!

Truly an amazing place to donate. The staff are amazing, and have great personality. Yes sometimes the line is long, yes sometimes things may not always goes as plan “that is life”. However overall, it is truly a place that makes you feel comfortable when you donate. Help save life’s and have a great staff to get you an amazing experience. I truly recommend people check it out. Have you own experience for yourself, while help saving lives. Plus, get compensated for your time. Win/win for all…

Really great experience couldn’t donate because I passed out but the staff was absolutely attentive to me, the male doctor and the nurse MJ are wonderful and they consoled my girl when she was upset. Don’t understand why one reviewer was mad cuz he couldn’t have a gun at a plasma donation? They have security? What next preschools? Lol anyway thank you csl and the chill staff and the emt doctors!

They gotta up the pay who wants to get 45 bucks when they sell your pint of plasma for 2,000, other than them just hiring anyone off the street it’s pretty good

Horrible long wait, unfriendly staff, popped my veins then blamed me for it. Have to wait for an hour to see the nurse if you get sent back for a bruise they caused. Do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

One of the most unprofessional and unorganized places I have ever been to. The phlebotomists are amazing, but the front end people and nurses are beyond useless. They do not want to do their job and make you wait longer than you need to because you inconvenienced them. Also no front end person should be openly cussing while clients are there.

I’ve donated a few times, but today I was sent to the nurse for a small bruise on my arm, waited an entire hour to be seen and lost 8 places in the line that didn’t move for the entire time I was waiting for a nurse. I left before waiting another entire hour in the line.
