the staff has been super nice and helpful except Candace. she is unqualified and has infiltrated my vein every time she has stuck me and once again has resulting in a deferral for blood loss. she is a problem and should be avoided as your phlebotomist.

I decided not to donate here because the wait time was too long and based on the reviews of their phleb sticking you wrong, scares me. I left and immediately try the new octapharma plasma on the other side of bedford, and I was in and out with no difficulty.

I’d donated here previously, left to go to a different center for a couple weeks, decided I like this place more and came back. The last time I’d donated at the other place was on Wednesday and Friday. Today is Thursday and I have not donated since. They kept telling me I couldn’t donate because it was flagged as “3 times in 7 days” which makes no sense because I have not donated on any days besides that. I didn’t go anywhere yesterday! Instead of properly explaining it to me they just told me I couldn’t donate. I am immensely frustrated because the drive I take to get here is half an hour and I’ve just lost all that time and gas for nothing.
